Our dealership has thousands of reviews with the majority of them positive. You will find that when we receive negative reviews, we are responsive and always try to find resolution that is fair for everyone involved and will own the mistakes when applicable. We have never removed or asked anyone to remove a review. This customer had repairs done at a local body shop not affiliated with our company; after picking the vehicle up there, he came to us with concerns which we listened to and offered to inspect out of goodwill. We scoped the vents, replaced air filters, did an air treatment and inspected the interior all at our expense to find none of the concerns the customer is stating. The mileage concern was found to be an error in the body shop's entry on the paperwork. We care for our customers and could not have run our family-owned operation for nearly 90 years without caring and building long-lasting relationships.
