I have had my car serviced there twice though it was purchased from a dealer across the country. Both times I have been treated in a very respectful and professional manner. After leaving three messages in the service department, requesting service records, no return call. Finally visited and asked service manager and he did not have an explanation. We owned a saab, porsche, volvo and audi, with Audi North unquestionably the best at finding unwarranted repairs and embellishing the need for repair. I wouldn't trust their service department, especially after warranty expires. More
Had a dead battery on Saturday, I took a chance and got my car to the Audi North service area. Dave Hudson ( service advisor) worked with me as I did not have a appointment. Honestly the last time I was there the previous service advisor was lack luster at best hence he is no longer there. Great job y’all !!!! More
Took my S5 in because I felt a vibration consistent with an alignment issue. Several hours later the tech informed me that they thought it was the tires. I agreed to put the two new ones on that he recommen an alignment issue. Several hours later the tech informed me that they thought it was the tires. I agreed to put the two new ones on that he recommended, because I misguidedly trusted him. Several more hours later I finally left. The vibration was not fixed and upon reaching my house I looked at the “new” tires further. I was charged for new tires and these were obviously used. My suspicions were confirmed later when I took the car in for a regular oil change somewhere else and they informed me that all 4s were at their half life. Also out of the 3 times I had that car into Audi north Orlando not once did I receive the video of their tech going through the car. I took it to another Audi dealership and first time I got the video. I would ship my car all the way back to Germany before I let these crooked weasels sniff around it again. More
Go elsewhere for Audi Service. They said my auto insurance should cover the replacement as buffing the windshield didn't solve the issue and they would have to pay for the windshield. I was told that Florida law provides free windshield repair for policy holders so I should contact my insurance company for the repair. Have been told repeatedly on a couple of normal service visits that scheduled service would take an hour or so where I waited for the vehicle several hours, even though I had a scheduled appointment. On my last visit there I was given a filthy loaner after waiting over 3 hours for the vehicle. May have ignored the fact that the loaner, although new with very low mileage, had fast food remains in the back seat, the rear of the vehicle was full of trash from a prior user, the windshield was very dirty and was provided with the fuel gauge showed less than 1/4 of a tank but had a very difficult time that it was during the coronavirus epidemic and the loaner obviously wasn't cleaned from the prior user. There are different Audi dealers around in the state of Florida so I would suggest that another location would be chosen to purchase and have your new Audi serviced. More

Brian and Amber in service are a breath of fresh air.
