After a perfect purchase experience, I had a problem with my Q5, so I called the Sales associate who connected me to the GM, and then he to the Service Manager, who had me bring the vehicle in right away. Everyone in the Sales and Service Department worked together to ensure that I received everything I needed, including transportation, and the certified technician that worked on my new SUV was well trained to find the problem, and fix it right the first time.
