I recently purchased a new Audi and had a couple small issues with the car. I setup an appointment for Service and requested a loaner car. I showed up to drop off the car and get a loaner and there was issues with the car. I setup an appointment for Service and requested a loaner car. I showed up to drop off the car and get a loaner and there was no loaner available...they had to send me over to a rental car place for a loaner (not a great situation, but not a big deal). Next my car wasn't even looked at until the third day. I knew this because the "myaudi" app tells me if the doors are open or unlocked. The next day (4th day) they did a software update, but still no estimated time to have all issues completed. I finally called Friday (5th day) and told them that I will be picking up my car regardless if it was fixed...my plan was to take it to the Audi South dealership. When I picked up the car, the Service Manager seemed frustrated with me and went on to describe the demographic of the people who purchase these new EV cars...he said they get confused easily because they don't understand the new technology. He also told me that many EV customers can't afford the gas versions (he said it was nice that Audi offers these big incentives for these type of people), but the problem is that they don't understand how the service process works with German cars since they most likely never owned one before. So...not only was the service painfully slow, but I left there being personally insulted, too. More

No call from service advisor. Kept calling on third day - was told he was busy but at the end of day I was told he is not working and he would call back ASAP in AM. No call received. Called on fourth day - was told no loaner available and car would be ready by the end of the day meaning 659 PM ( they close at 7 PM) Will not advise anyone to buy any vehicle from them or expect any good customer care from them. And I have been their priority customer since 2012. ( Had Audi S4 and now A5) More
While this was a service visit we continue to be impressed with the service and professionalism of Venessa Erwin and Audi North Orlando.
