Dave, my adviser, went above and beyond. As I was on the road with a busy work day ny engine light went off. First, the service department answers the phone with a live person ( this is rare even at other luxury dealers. ). He took me in right away and went overboard to find me a loaner(and they were swamped) so I could finish my work day. The communication on the car updates were timely. The attitude of Dave and his team was extremely attentive and helpful in every way. Dave and his team made a stressful day pleasant as they worked with me so I could finish my workday without interruptions. Also, instead of me, walking out in a parking lot, looking for my car when it was ready, they pulled it up and helped me unload all of my equipment back into my car. This is by far the best luxury car dealer service ever. I will never leave Audi due to their superior team service. Thank you Dave and your team. More
