We stopped at Classic while on vacation in the Orlando area to have the 5000 mile servicing done on our A7, because we were a long way from home. We were greeted warmly and very professionally. The servicing was completed in 90 minutes while we waited, and we enjoyed the comfort of the customer lounge area. The work was done and the car washed and vacuumed, which was a great help when on the road, and delivered to us with a smile. We were completely satisfied with the service and would happily come again. You folks in the Orlando area have an Audi dealership anyone could envy. More

A friend once told me about the quote from Charles Swindoll. He said "life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it." so I am reacting to it. I visited this dealer today - and even though I didn't end up buying a car, no one would have known by the way I was treated. You see, I still got a handshake, a "thank you," and even had a moment to talk, and not just about when I would be purchasing a vehicle. I'm reacting myself right now. I'm thinking that 10% of dealers can leave a lasting impression on 90% of the people they make contact with. For the other 10% that don't get the same impression, perhaps they should return when the dealer is open. More
