This young lady came to my house and helped me not only customize features in the car, but she was patient, understanding and very friendly with helping make sure that all issues were resolved, she even personally delivered brand items that we ordered from the sales shop so we wouldn't have to come into the dealership. She continues to contact me and go the extra mile in making sure my car works just as I expect. At the end of my long visit, I had purchased a wire which I thought I needed. It was not the right one and had to be quickly returned. The cashier was so snippy and rude. It really caught me by surprise. I had just purchased it and she pretty much sneered at me while I was with Salma and told us both in a very rude manner that we should not have opened the package and basically should have known better. I hope to not have to deal with the cashier much and look forward to communicating with the rest of the staff. More
From the moment we stepped in the door, we got a feeling of caring and helpful people at this dealership. They were not pushy, but very willing to find the car the customer wanted to consider. They work with the attitude "We are here to please our customers." Words cannot explain how thankful we were to find a dealership of this quality. Was traveling and took my car to Classic Audi and had to have my intake manifold replaced because it was cracked. 18 months later I took it in to my local Audi dealer and was told that I had a cracked inta have my intake manifold replaced because it was cracked. 18 months later I took it in to my local Audi dealer and was told that I had a cracked intake manifold again, and the bracket that keeps the manifold from vibrating was missing which is what caused is what caused the second cracked in the manifold. Spoke to Simon who offered me $50 and said that there is no way for him to be certain that the missing bracket caused the cracked. Did research and found that a crack manifold is very rare, to have a second crack in less then 18 months is unheard. I would never trust this dealership to work on my car, especially if you have children. Just not worth the risk. More
We shopped for more than 3 months across Central Florida (literally coast to coast). We settled on Audi of North Orlando, primarily for their service and pricing. We purchased a new Q5-TDI and had to have it special ordered due to being too new in the market place. Jesse Ting provided us with an almost weekly update as to where our Q5 stood all the way from being built, to being shipped, to arrival in the States to delivery at the dealership. We never felt that we were being pressured. This was also the only dealership we could find that did not have a cash purchase penalty. Other dealerships would quote us a price, then when they found we were paying cash, the purchase price was changed. Salma Yusuf spent the better part of an afternoon with us acquainting with the features and capabilities of the new Q5 MMI and other options. First class service and support so far. More

We purchased a new 2014 Audi from Audi North Orlando. In order to buy the car we had to sign a document (I would call it a waiver) that absolved the dealership of responsibility for things you would expect order to buy the car we had to sign a document (I would call it a waiver) that absolved the dealership of responsibility for things you would expect them to stand behind for a new car purchase (example: the odometer has not been tampered with). We were prepared to walk out and they were prepared to let us (4 people came in to talk to us including management). All to tell us - "If you don't sign, we can't sell you the car". We should have walked out. The only reason we did not, is because we really needed to be done with the whole car shopping process. This was a very bad experience. More

After two months of taking delivery of a brand new 2013 Audi, I have had the car just shy of one month of that time due to the utter most lake of care of my car from this dealer and stuck in a rental car. In this time, I have had the dealer damge my front bumper, had a faulty a/c compressor which leaked and soaked the interior carpet, had the windshield wipers damaged, interior trim pieces left loose, had the carpet finally replaced from the water damage, had the front bumper re-painted, then had the Audi rings on grille damaged, the front lower grilles and fender liner not re-installed correctly after the re-paint, the driver's front wheel / tire damaged and replaced, rear a/c vent left not fastened and the drivers trim not properly aligned. All of this an no explaination of why... Dare you ask how my Audi experience has been? Feel free to contact me for details... More
