I contacted the dealer via email and Audi specialist, Slav responded. I asked for an OTD price on a 2015 A4 with specific options that I clearly stated in my correspondence with Slav. He quoted me a few differnt numbers so I again stated I wanted one OTD price for the vehicle I described. He complied and to avoid any confusion and to verify price I asked for a Manager to verify the price. Jessie the manager emailed me and verified the price. The next day I get an email saying, sorry... Slav made a mistake and quoted me the wrong price. The adjusted price was nearly $3,000 more than the highest quote. Jessie also went on to say it was below invoice, etc, etc... All along I have been upfront and clear with my vehicle request and options selected. They somehow got confused with their pricing quotes. (No doubt due to the pricing games and dishonestly they use as part of their sales tactics.) I asked to speak to the GM and Shaun responded. He emailed me some generic response that Slav and Jessie quoted me the wrong price and were unclear and unaware of how the A4 was optioned. Again, I specified in each email exactly what I wanted. I specified an A4, 6-spd, Premium Plus in Glacier White. The options portion isn't really that hard... (It's 4 little check marks including; Technology Package, Sport, Sport Plus Package and Bang and Olufsen.) Shaun stated they were honest people and they should have done this and that to avoid the issues. How can a senior sales associate AND a Sales Manager both quote the wrong price and then play it off? They do this EVERY day and if it was an honest mistake how come they don't know the product they sell? I don't buy it! This was all planned to get me into the dealer so they could string me along and try their sales tactics on me to get a sale. Luckily, I was persistent in getting a confirmed price quote via email. I was coming back in town so they realized I wasn't going to be happy if they jerked me around in person. Shaun quoted me another price that was still considerably higher than their mistake and his explanation with the options didn't add up as the car can only be built with certain options according to Audi's website. Anyone in The Orlando area stay away from Audi North Orlando. Slav, Jessie and Shaun are all clearly liars. This is easily one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. The Classic/Holler Automotive group has lost a former and repeat customer and sadly they don't seem to care. More
Best Dealer, best Service (period). I've never dealt with more personal, good people at a dealership. They're all very knowledgeable and everyone is very enthusiastic about the Audi bra I've never dealt with more personal, good people at a dealership. They're all very knowledgeable and everyone is very enthusiastic about the Audi brand. You won't see that at other companies or dealerships. You also won't see the customer dedication from a service department, other than one luxury Japanese brand that I think is quite famous for their service. This is my third Audi purchase from this dealer, and each time it gets better. The service guys and advisers are all fantastic. There are a few negative reviews on here, and I think you have to take them with a grain of salt. Think of how many cars are sold, and how many times you've left a review for a place. Typically people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience with something. I think in the case of a couple of these reviewers--it was probably something they did to create that experience themselves, and shouldn't be held against the dealer. The best thing you can do, is go talk to the sales staff and see for yourself. Their no haggle prices, are far better than the competitors where you have the ole' go back and forth trying to get the price you want. They price their cars to sell, and they give you the median auction value for yours (they'll even show you the current auction prices online). If you want a fun sales guy that loves Audi's, ask for Slav, he's awesome. For service, anyone is good--and Simon will make sure that you're well taken care of. Happy motoring! More

We talked and he said come on down. I did and we struck what I feel like was amicable deal for us both. Frank De Wilde, my salesman, was very knowledgeable of all Audi products, especially top end cars. I new exactly what I wanted, an A-3 Prestige with all options. They made the experience a very pleasurable experience with a "family" feeling at the dealership. I recommend anyone in the market for a new Audi that lives any where near Orlando, not that that matter's I can still have my car serviced in any town with an Audi dealership, call Audi North Orlando, 407-992-4321, ask for Frank or Jessie. I've been to this location a couple of times to look at their inventory, and both times I was very pleased with the service. This most recent time though, I was very lucky and fortunate to work with Erek Sanchez, possibly the best employee I've worked with when searching for my next car. Erek has superb knowledge of each vehicle on the lot, and has the personality to go along with it, which makes the experience that much better. I would highly suggest requesting Erek Sanchez if you go to Audi North Orlando in search of your next car. He's a family man who understands the individual needs of each person, and really wants to know about you before even looking at a car, so he can point you in the right direction and show you the ins and outs of each one. Rigo and Manny as well were superb to work with. Rigo especially took extra care of us, and he really does everything he can to make the overall experience a world class one. Great experience! More

BREAKING CONTRACTS AND LOSING MONEY Well let me be the first to say I love AUDI!!! But I am NOT happy with the Orlando North ethical choices and their lack of professionalism. My father and I bought a beautiful car on a Friday and not even 24HR later it was filed to be taken from us. BY FORCE. Brooke (AUDI EMPLOYEE) lost the check for $8500 Friday evening, banks are closed on weekends so I told them after my family events I would come back on Monday to try and sort the problem out and instead of LISTENING to me and UNDERSTANDING that I have a busy life, Audi North Orlando called their xxx of an attorney (who was nothing but an arrogant, rude, and disrespectful person to myself, my boss, and my BF) who had my car picked up at my job! Even when I went with Cash to the dealership to help fix the issue, I was was denied! Our contract was signed and we was given keys! I waited over 20 min at the dealership before ever even leaving....yet their attorney filed charges on me and has refused to make things right. To top it all off even worse, not all of my things was given back to me and I was out of a car for 3 days. I lost time at work, missed 3 tests in classes and my child was left at school and had to be picked up by a family friend who is a police officer until I got home around 1am! I will get another Audi at some point, just not this location. I hope that the complaint I have filled at the Attorney General office, gets them at least a fine! What you did was not right, not ethical, and very unprofessional. So sad to see that coming from such a good product. More

Tornado watches and downpour rain, BAHHH!! Needless to say I was not in the best of moods when my boyfriend suggested we go car shopping while we wait out the storm. I grab a coffee and off we go. Upon arrival we were greeted by your typical 'shinny' well dressed salesman; 'Here we go' I thought to myself. As he introduced himself as Rob, his phone goes off and excuses himself. He always answers his phone for any client and apologized. After 30 seconds Rob returned and we began the typical chat of cars. I wont lie I slightly tuned out for this part, as Chad explained what he was looking for. Rob grabbed two sets of keys and we made our way out into the rain to test drive a few cars. Rob opened my door for me and we popped out onto the highway. I could tell at that moment we weren't leaving without a car. But Rob didn't know that. I waited and waited for the sales pitching to come in, but it never did. We chatted like we were old friends about our previous Florida travels and where the best places were for good food and wine. By the time we got back into the office, I was certain Chad would want to buy the car. But we walked away. Again no sales pitching by Rob, just to call if we had any further questions. We went to a great little German Pub in town Rob recommended and had lunch. As we chatted about our experience and the car, Chad grabbed his phone and called Rob. Since Rob always answers his phone he was pleased to hear Chad on the other line saying he would like to purchase the vehicle. One mini celebration and two glasses of Riesling later, Chad drags me back to the dealership to do ALL the paperwork UGH. In comes Brendan, the finance guy whom we ended up spending a few hours with. Let me tell you I have never met a more sincere duo than Rob and Brendan. Both were a huge help and bent over backwards working numbers and dealing with our crazy system up in Massachusetts. Out of state deals are never easy and Brendan never let on how hard it was. The deal took 5 days!! My vacation was centered on this car but not once did I feel inconvenienced by it. We were given a brand new Audi A6 to drive while we waited for the finance and insurance to go through in MA. As everyone knows when buying a car there are things like GAP and state taxes ex cetera that cost more money and things that take longer than you expect. This was no exception but the ease and attention to detail to get us exactly what we needed was what made this experience the best car experience to date. Most importantly, Chad and I got a car that was right for us. We were not up sold or forced into anything and our experience with Rob and Brendan was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in Florida or even up North. The cars are in better condition, the prices are the lowest and most competitive and it sure made a rainy vacation day in FL enjoyable. Thank You Rob and Brendan and Audi North Orlando!! More
By far the WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY DEALERSHIP. What can I say. i had been a long BMW owner I decided to give Audi a try. I had always been a fan of the A5. I purchased a CPO A5 in Feb. DEALERSHIP. What can I say. i had been a long BMW owner I decided to give Audi a try. I had always been a fan of the A5. I purchased a CPO A5 in Feb. of this month. 2 months later it was scheduled for service and i decided to have the valet service pick it up to be taken to the dealership for service, not a hard task. the valet came and we did the damage checklist no obvious damage to the car was noted. 3 days later i get my care back and it had a obvious paint scrape along the front bumper. i told the valet person that that was not there before. he called his supervisor and took pictures and video. he then told me that they were aware and that they would take care of it. the next day the service person that was in charge of my case called me and the first thing he did was accuse me of not filing up the loaner car with gas, which i had done 20 minutes prior of it being pick up, I then I had to tell him to cool it with the attitude. he then told me that the damage was not done and audi and they couldn't do anything. he kept increasing the tone of his voice. i then told him to have his manager call me, that didn't happen and i had to call them 3 days later. emails went back and forth until another 3 days later when i got an email from his director saying that the best they cold do was patch of the spot with some patch up paint and that it would be noticeable. sorry but that that's the best they could do, so i asked them if the loaner that they had given had the same damage and i fixed it with the same patch job would they charge me money to repaint the bumper. He said of course. More
