Great help in a tough situation Regrettably, our beautiful 2015 A8 was totaled in a crash, and we needed a new vehicle. My wife will need a new SUV in a few years so we decided to ge Regrettably, our beautiful 2015 A8 was totaled in a crash, and we needed a new vehicle. My wife will need a new SUV in a few years so we decided to get a 2017 Q7 instead of replacing with a soon to be obsolete A8, as much as I was very satisfied with it. Jesse and Frank were able to find me almost exactly the Q7 that we was looking for. Given the high demand for this vehicle, this was not an easy task. So we'll continue to run the wife's vehicle for awhile and then I will purchase a new style A8 from Audi North Orlando when they become available. Miss my A8; but Love the Q7! Very pleasant to do business with; straight forward and no gamesmanship! I tried buying my 2015 A8 from a dealer in south Orlando in Sept of 2014, but they use "old-school" sales tactics and I don't think they were very appreciative of the continuing value of a customer there to buy a $100K vehicle. The service and customer care I received from Audi North gave me the confidence to trust them to handle my situation fairly, which they did. I wouldn't consider buying an Audi from any other dealer. My salesperson was Frank, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and listened to me, and showed me what I wanted to see.
