Excellent service I had a low pressure warning reoccur in my tire on my vehicle. I was able to drop it off the same day as my call and they located the nail and looked I had a low pressure warning reoccur in my tire on my vehicle. I was able to drop it off the same day as my call and they located the nail and looked up my service plan to confirm I was covered. So good to know the "warranty" I purchased with the vehicle came in handy with no hassle! Service from there out was excellent and the timing of everything worked out exactly like they said it would. Although I hope not to need such service again anytime soon, I would be confident in returning the vehicle to Audi North Orlando if such a need occurs. More

Wonderful service! While on our way to visit family in Florida the light came on for the second service for my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet. My daughter had bought her new Audi from Audi North Orlando and she suggested we give them a call to get my service done. They got us in the same day, gave us a clean loaner and had the car ready the next morning. The whole experience was wonderful -- from being greeting immediately to the service writer's attention to detail and having the work done quickly and professionally! Oh, and my car was shining clean inside and out when we picked it up. 1,200 miles is a little far to drive for service or else I would make sure to always have my car serviced here. My dealer in NY could learn from Audi North Orlando! More

Orlando, who remembered my purchase and was extraordinarily helpful in making sure that I received fair trade in value for my car as well as a more than fair price for the Q 3 that I purchased. I know that Audi is going through a challenging time at present, but with staff and management like these gentlemen, there is bright light at the end of the tunnel.
