Currently I own a vehicle, a INFINITI q70L 2015 and i was looking to trade it in for an Audi A8. I was always fascinated by German cars as I was told they were built like a tank. I began to do a search and landed at north Orlando Audi, and I began communicating with Brandon Cooksey in November of 2020. From the get go I explained that I was blind, but knew a lot about buying cars. I also informed him that in order for me to get there, I have to hire a paid driver to take me. He seemed to understand, and told me, when I was ready I could make an appointment and come in. Fast forward to March 2021, I finally gave him a call after several emails and asked if I could come in. He told me that the time I wanted to come in, he was busy but his colleague Mark could assist me. when I went in I explained my situation, and I explained that I would be riding in the back seat, and I want to be able to access the features on the touch pad via voice control in the back seat. When he took us to the vehicle, the tablet was not syncing, which made it impossible for me to test the voice control function. Mark assured me, if I wanted to buy that particular car, he would make sure the problem would be fixed. He did explain that all vehicles go through a vigorous inspection. We then walked into the showroom and crunched numbers. Mark explained to me the trade in value of my INFINITI and the MSRP for the Audi A8. I told him i was uninterested, because I wanted a v 8 engine, and the backseat did not have a massage function, after this Mark told me that I could always have my car built custom. I told him i would think about it and continue to work with Brandon. I told him I was not in any rush as my current vehicle is in good shape. Brandon told me he tested one of the A8s via email on April 10th, 2021, and that using voice assist that I could control all the features from the backseat without needing to interact with the tablet. He requested I come in and test it myself. Finally I made another appointment Tuesday, April 13, 2021 and he told me he would be available to assist me at 3:45 in the afternoon. Luckily my driver was available, so off we went. However to my disappointment, when I got there, we were informed that Brandon was closing a deal on a walk in with no appointment. Mark was assigned to assist me once again. At this point I demanded that I needed to see Brandon, as I had had problems with the testing the vehicle with mark previously. Mark greeted us warmly and led us to an A8, however we had the exact same issue as before. Mark went to the control panel in the front seat and told me to say "Hey Audi," after many tries it did not work, then Mark asked his colleague to bring over another A8. When we got into this vehicle, the tablet did work, but the battery was low. After a number of tries the voice control did work but only for the front seat passengers. At this point I demanded for Mark to bring out Brandon, and I was told he was not available. Someone told us to wait 10 minutes, and we told him that 10 minutes of our time was not worth it and further told him I was was wasting money by coming in twice. Brandon came running out as I was getting into the car, and I was not in the mood to talk to him. My driver explained the situation, Brandon apologized and explained to my driver the voice controls only works in the front seat. In my email I had specifically asked if it was functional in the back seat, and he responded in the affirmative. My driver also told me Brandon promised to give me a call, but I probably will not be going back there. If you are an individual with some sort of disability and require answers about particular vehicles before going in, this dealership is not for you. As a blind person I felt that I had been jerked around by this dealership and that Brandon was not straightforward. If you must buy a German car from this dealership, I urge you not to speak to Brandon, as he is not helpful to people with disabilities. Even Mark, who was much nicer, did not know much about the vehicle functions. I feel that if you are selling a high priced car, you should be on top of your business. I will not be doing business with them. More

I took my 2008 Audi A6 to Audi of North Orlando in Sanford Florida on or about September 10, 2020, because the radio was not staying on or operating properly. They said that they installed a new r Sanford Florida on or about September 10, 2020, because the radio was not staying on or operating properly. They said that they installed a new radio module for $945, charged me for labor $1,147.31 ($157+$990.31), however the radio was still not turning on. 2 different and independent Euro Car specialists both said that Audi of North Orlando did not do anything at all nor did they install anything. They charged me $1593 and the car sat there for 2 months – that Audi of North Orlando did not install anything and that all the radio modules including wiring etc. our original and have been untouched for some time, including having dust on them which showed that all the related and radio modules and wiring have not been touched for years. I have copies of all service invoices from both European specialists and the Audi dealership. More
Go elsewhere for Audi Service. Had about every problem with them in the past from a scratched windshield they did on a repair which required the windshield to be removed and replaced they refused to fix. with them in the past from a scratched windshield they did on a repair which required the windshield to be removed and replaced they refused to fix. They said my auto insurance should cover the replacement as buffing the windshield didn't solve the issue and they would have to pay for the windshield. I was told that Florida law provides free windshield repair for policy holders so I should contact my insurance company for the repair. Have been told repeatedly on a couple of normal service visits that scheduled service would take an hour or so where I waited for the vehicle several hours, even though I had a scheduled appointment. On my last visit there I was given a filthy loaner after waiting over 3 hours for the vehicle. May have ignored the fact that the loaner, although new with very low mileage, had fast food remains in the back seat, the rear of the vehicle was full of trash from a prior user, the windshield was very dirty and was provided with the fuel gauge showed less than 1/4 of a tank but had a very difficult time that it was during the coronavirus epidemic and the loaner obviously wasn't cleaned from the prior user. There are different Audi dealers around in the state of Florida so I would suggest that another location would be chosen to purchase and have your new Audi serviced. More
Long Time Customer I should begin by saying that I've been an Audi North Orlando customer for 13 years, bought 2 cars from them and NEVER experienced any of the problems I should begin by saying that I've been an Audi North Orlando customer for 13 years, bought 2 cars from them and NEVER experienced any of the problems that some of the commentators speak of. I truly appreciate the service we get at N Orlando Audi, almost as much as the beautiful Audi I get the privilege to drive every day More
From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and was promptly connected with a sales associate, Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to ans experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and was promptly connected with a sales associate, Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to answer my questions, check on the vehicle I was interested in, send additional photos and a video, and provide me with a clear, transparent “out-the-door” price. I drove down from Jacksonville the very next day, with Carlos’ promise that the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was early for my appointment and Carlos already had everything ready to go! He took the time to ensure I had a lengthy test drive, answer my questions, and made sure my needs were being met. His efforts led to an easy and straightforward financing process and eliminated any wasted time. This dealerships prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or lengthy and stressful negotiations. This is the way car buying should be! To top it all off, Carlos arranged to help our family out by personally delivering our car to Jacksonville! Carlos and his colleague Mark were awesome to deal with and I would recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a fantastic car buying experience! More

BUYER BEWARE - PLEASE READ! BUYER BEWARE...PLEASE READ. North Orlando Audi will NOT stand behind their vehicles nor their subpar service. We had purchased a 2017 BMW X6, 18,86 BUYER BEWARE...PLEASE READ. North Orlando Audi will NOT stand behind their vehicles nor their subpar service. We had purchased a 2017 BMW X6, 18,863 miles, from North Orlando Audi in October 2018...we were told it was just serviced at Fields BMW in Orlando and no service work was done by Audi. My wife from the first month of getting the car felt like it was sliding and we chalked it up to run flat tires which it has. Fast forward...we took it to our local BMW last week for first service after acquiring, 23,500 miles (not even 5,000 miles on), and my wife brought up the sliding and hard to keep the car on the road...we got a call a few hours later leaving us speechless...it would cost $7,766.77 to fix SIGNIFICANT damage to left axel joint and that the car was not able to leave the shop until then unless it was towed due to "Extreme liability that the car posed on the roadways". They asked us if we had it serviced outside of BMW as they accessed the service records...all two of them from Fields BMW which was routine service. We said no, never...I called North Orlando Audi to see if there were service records, which I spoke with Jesse Ting and he sent me the records that the left rear CV Axel Boot was R/R...Tech, Andrew Bradford. Also "Perform Safety Inspection and report to manager"...Service manager on duty James Powell...so we were lied to when purchasing vehicle that no work was performed at Audi. Braham BMW sent me a picture of a bolt holding the left rear lower control arm by a thread...this could've gone at any time...my wife doesn't drive much, pretty much kids to school and back...I didn't believe, so I went to BMW and they showed me in person. My family was in that car, it was only a matter of time before we were involved in an accident! There was damage to parts which indicated taking a hammer and chisel. The supposed replaced axel joint had the wrong parts associated with it, was installed incorrectly and was leaking all of which needs replacing...it caused the car to ride irregular causing uneven tire wear on all 4 tires and causing alignment completely out of whack and to fight to keep on road. Braham BMW told us the powertrain warranty would not cover any repairs, not because of wrong parts used, nor service was done elsewhere, but because of the quality of work done was so poor and so DANGEROUS that warranty was void. I sent the estimate and pictures to Jesse Ting. Later in the day I receive a call from Shaun Laird, who at the end of the call I learned was the general manager...I expected an apology at least, no, not going to happen. I then asked him for payment of repairs since his service shop/technicians voided the warranty...NO. I asked him to return car and cancel our payments, again NO. I asked him why...why won't he stand behind his car he sold us..."TOO MANY VARIABLES"...why wouldn't he stand behind his service..."TOO MANY VARIABLES" I asked him if his technician was BMW certified...he said "NO, he's Audi certified" He told me he would gladly give me his lawyers information. So I was lied to about work being done...I'm still in awe as why since the car was under warranty by BMW...why didn't they take it there to have work done correctly at no cost. What were they trying to hide? Did they sell me a wrecked vehicle? Did they cause the damage themselves? I'm sick...my wife beside herself having our kids in harms way due to North Orlando Audi. MY VARIABLES...are my family and keeping them safe, North Orlando Audi stole that from us...shame on you Shaun Laird, shame on you North Orlando Audi. More
