I later when to Audi of Pines, and was set to buy a car from them when I received a call for Julian, who ask me to come back before I made my purchase and promised me Prestige would beat their price. Carlos on the other hand was honest and sincere from the start, and made he feel at home while beating Audi of Pines price as promised. I will definitely buy my next Audi from Prestige Audi. More
Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Took the car in for basic oil change and a few other items, including a minor problem with the air conditioning. I usually wait for the car and in past experience t for basic oil change and a few other items, including a minor problem with the air conditioning. I usually wait for the car and in past experience this worked well for me. I was told the car would not be ready until perhaps the end of the day. I questioned why it would take so long as it is unusual to take more than 6 or 7 hours for this work. Further discussion was not offered and a take it or leave it attitude prevailed. I was told I would receive a telephone call at 3 giving me an update. I did get a call at 2:30 just to be told the car wasn't ready but she would call again at 6:30 --- that call never came. The next day I went to check on progress. Again, I was put aside and finally told that the car wouldn't be ready until Monday night. I again raised the question as to why it was taking so long and was told that the A/C might need a part which could likely not be obtained until Monday. I was offered the car and was surprised that I was given the car without any charges owing and found absolutely nothing had been done. With a chance encounter with the service director I was promised action if I chose to reconsider leaving the car. Because of my work schedule, it was agreed the car would be delivered to my home at 7 PM -- it was delivered at 5 PM. Finally and very aggravating, later that evening, my wife entered the passenger side of the car only to find a great deal of grease/dirt on the floor mats and paneling on the passenger side of the car. All in all this was one of the worst encounters I have had in a dealership service center in my years in Miami and I certainly found no help by Ms. Giraldo. More
It was a Fast Process and everybody was really nice and helpful. They took care of all the issues that needed to be taken care of and i even got my car cleaned which i didn't expect at all.
