When you are a big brand dealership that prides it self on Customer Service, then thats the expectations that you set from a consumer stand point. Well this dealership fell short of that expectation. This was the worst experience at a dealer, that I have ever had. After seeing all the commercial and reading various review, I expected my experience to be top level, it wasn't at all. We had an amazing experience at this Sewell dealership. Justin was our sales agent, and he is THE reason we ended up buying our car there. It was a very refreshing experience compared to the other dealerships we’ve visited where before speaking to anyone we had to sign in and get stuck with someone who want you to buy a car right on the spot. Justin was very knowledgeable of all the cars, he was personable and made us feel relaxed. We weren’t sure which model we wanted or to buy new/used. He would pull numbers and photos for every option. His attention to detail made us confident on making our purchase. Also the Sewell experience is amazing, as well as all the perks that come with being a Sewell customer. I am confident that my husband and I will be Sewell Audi customers for life. More

Service and quality control have certainly deteriorated. We had been pleased with them 4 or 5 years ago and have purchased 2 new vehicles with them. Things have changed though. They damaged my car (Audi A6) a few years ago and we went through a lot of time and energy to get it fixed. We purchased a brand new Audi Q7 with them two years ago and they delivered it to us damaged. They replaced the Q7. Now 2 years later I took my wife's Q7 in for regular maintenance in early December. The car was in mint condition. They damaged the car again just like had been the case with mine with a scratch all the way through the paint into the metal. I reported it to the head of service and he promised to call back.. I never heard from him again. Audi's are great but we'll never buy from Sewell again. We've purchased extended maintenance plans and we absolutely do not want to leave our cars in their possession ever again. More
