Had to work through a complex issue but was treated well at the end. One of my hood latches was not working when I got my car back from a minor repair on Friday before Labor Day. Mike Laughlin arranged to get my car back into the dealership and me into a loaner car on Labor Day. It took a lot of time to get my hood open. When they did, there was miscommunication over what needed to be fixed and disagreement over who should be responsible for the cost. After going to the dealership and examining my car in the company of the shop foreman, more clarity was achieved by both parties, the amount of proposed repairs were reduced, and an equitable cost sharing arrangement was achieved. At the end I felt that I had been dealing with the first class dealership that I had expected. More

Excellent customer service by Darrell Robles. My S6 had issues, so I called him as soon I could thinking I might have to wait and see when will it be resolved. I was impressed, he found out what is my ava issues, so I called him as soon I could thinking I might have to wait and see when will it be resolved. I was impressed, he found out what is my availability and worked with, got the loaner car and made it happen. Came back the next day and everything is done and completed. What a fantastic service. Contents of car missing I had my 30k service done at Audi North. First I want to praise my service advisor Darrell Robles. Until he became my contact I had a lot of problems I had my 30k service done at Audi North. First I want to praise my service advisor Darrell Robles. Until he became my contact I had a lot of problems with service. I had my car detailed while there for a recall and service check up. My car was returned with everything in my car missing. From my console, my door and even my sun screen in the back seat! When they cleaned the inside they threw out all of my contents. Darrell tried to find everything but couldn’t and asked if they could compensate me. I told him not to because everything was a minimum cost. But some of it I still don’t remember what was lost. I love my Q5 but struggle with service. I’ll probably go back to BMW for my next car purchase since their service is superior More

I either got cut off or never got a call back. Coming from Lexus I would say Audi dealer has lots of room for improvement. I love my Audi but will consider going back to Lexus to be treated like a valued customer!! They made me pick an employee and I put Darrell as He was my person but I never talked to him or saw him!
