The service representative was deceptive and misleading on major repairs. Identified major parts that didn’t need replacement. Repairs and new replacement parts were subpar and noticeable to buyers. I purchased a used BMW. They were very helpful when it came to the sale, but only 5 days later the check engine light came on, their true colors came out and they said they would NOT help me at all.
