I purchased a used BMW. They were very helpful when it came to the sale, but only 5 days later the check engine light came on, their true colors came out and they said they would NOT help me at all. Audi North Austin is always a pleasure to deal with. The service advisors I have ever had, have always done their best to make sure I am not inconvenienced.
