This was my first visit and it was terrible! I had an 8 am appointment and I didn't receive my car until 4 PM. I was told that my air bag recall would only take 3 hours. So I waited until 12 to call (since am appointment and I didn't receive my car until 4 PM. I was told that my air bag recall would only take 3 hours. So I waited until 12 to call (since no one called me) and I was sent to someone's voicemail over and over again. I even left a voicemail with the Service Manger, and he didn't call me back. When my Service Advisor finally called me back at 3 PM, I asked her to send someone to pick me up and she did. When I arrived I had to wait another 30 mins to get my car. I asked her why did it take all day and her response was "you had an appointment just to drop off your car". Wow! I understand since I was just getting a recall fixed and I wasn't spending any money then my safety issues was the least important job for them. My entire day wasted. If I could give the receptionist 5 stars I would. She definitely tried to help me. And, they spelled my name wrong! More

The service representative was deceptive and misleading on major repairs. Identified major parts that didn’t need replacement. Repairs and new replacement parts were subpar and noticeable to buyers.
