The service department at Audi north Austin is efficient, courteous, and in these crazy COVID times adhering to social distancing while wearing masks. I bought a used Audi Q5 and it was stress free as far as driving. The vehicle was in great shape and my wife and I were able to drive it around without a sales agent with us. It was great experience. Not sure who is at fault, they didn’t have the promo for paying the first payment on a used vehicle for the 2019. If we agreed to what was settled it would have made it easier. More
