Called on a Tuesday to replace a tire. Tire was available Wednesday and installed that afternoon. A week later discovered a tool mark on the wheel well surface. The service department at Audi north Austin is efficient, courteous, and in these crazy COVID times adhering to social distancing while wearing masks.
