Owner noticed suspension clunking issue while traversing speed bumps and asked South Austin Audi to investigate. South Audi Austin notice remaining shipping brackets. Is mandatory shipping cost a pass through with no checklist? (2) Audi Q7 TDI non major service visit (oil change). Requested dealership to top off diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) free of charge as part of Volkswagen/Audi diesel settlement. North Audi Austin charged me for DEF in clear violation of agreement and has made little effort to provide credit. They are asking that I visit dealership in order to obtain credit. More
