Customer service lacking The wait time for service with a loaner car was one month! Also had a hard time talking to someone in service. I either got cut off or never got a call back. Coming from Lexus I would say Audi dealer has lots of room for improvement. I love my Audi but will consider going back to Lexus to be treated like a valued customer!! They made me pick an employee and I put Darrell as He was my person but I never talked to him or saw him! Below is my experiences (1) New Audi A3 eTron purchase: dealership failed to remove front strut shipping brackets during new vehicle prep. Owner noticed suspension clunking issue while traversing speed bumps and asked South Austin Audi to investigate. South Audi Austin notice remaining shipping brackets. Is mandatory shipping cost a pass through with no checklist? (2) Audi Q7 TDI non major service visit (oil change). Requested dealership to top off diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) free of charge as part of Volkswagen/Audi diesel settlement. North Audi Austin charged me for DEF in clear violation of agreement and has made little effort to provide credit. They are asking that I visit dealership in order to obtain credit. More
