Below is my experiences (1) New Audi A3 eTron purchase: dealership failed to remove front strut shipping brackets during new vehicle prep. Owner noticed suspension clunking issue while traversing speed bumps and asked South Austin Audi to investigate. South Audi Austin notice remaining shipping brackets. Is mandatory shipping cost a pass through with no checklist? (2) Audi Q7 TDI non major service visit (oil change). Requested dealership to top off diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) free of charge as part of Volkswagen/Audi diesel settlement. North Audi Austin charged me for DEF in clear violation of agreement and has made little effort to provide credit. They are asking that I visit dealership in order to obtain credit. More

Very pleased with the choice of model range, availability of different specs at dealership and as we worked to do a deal never felt undue pressure tactics, but believe we all got a fair deal. David was always professional, patient and thoughtful throughout the negotiation. Always surprised how people write negative reviews when they probably have not considered their behavior when discussing terms, especially as all product information sits on internet - do some research before you walk in and start talking. If it isn’t right for you just walk away. I sold and ran large bluechip sales organizations across the world over three decades and I can tell good from bad. David’s a decent and sincere salesman and happy to have dealt with him and the team at Audi North Austin, including Stacy Hieber and Tony Frank. More

Honesty in question -- BREAK ROTERS scam! Bought 2018 A6 quattro from this place. Break Roters went bad at around 22k miles once... One again the break roters are warped at 46k miles. SO, change your breaks every 22k miles. No regard or customer consideration. I have 5 MB and BMW no issues. This was my first Audi!! More
