My wife and I had decided to purchase an S Series A5 that we drove and really liked after working with our Sales Rep, Michael Bates. He is so friendly with a funny and warm personality. It was like we had known Jon for years. He knew I was interested in the playoff game on TV and he was able to get the paperwork completed and signed quickly while I could keep an eye on the game. It was a real pleasure to work with Jon. Soon after we made our 2 hour drive home, we got a call from Jon to make sure that our trip in our new car went well. He is a true pro and a real credit to the Audi North Atlanta Team. More
