I had an opportunity to experience an Audi for a month trial period. After that month, I was sold. After recently moving from out of state I came across this great dealership. In comparison to my old Audi dealership this place is a life saver. They were more then happy with providing accuate information and keeping true to warrenty replacments and discounts while my old dealership did not. All service reps that I have come across have been extremely helpful. Even on a busy day they were able to pencil me in without appointment to take care ofa few, minor things. Overall a geat dealership, I I highly recomend it. Plus you havee to love the free car wash with service. More

There were distinct differences in this dealership when compared to others. This is our first Audi, and was attracted by two things: safety and style / performance / reliability record. Check out: safercar.gov and iihs.org for safety info. Our salesperson, Greg, knows his Audis - he took time listening to what I wanted. He clearly explained all the wonderful new technology, going so far as to pair up our iPhones with the car and reviewing how to setup the new nav system with a couple destinations. You can't miss with Greg since he does two things great: he (really) knows his product and every feature- he's truly an Audi expert, and he also is easy to work with - easy to forget he is a (typical) salesperson. Everyone I met has worked there for some time. In this type of industry that means something. It says that the management is good to the employees and the employees are truly interested in what they do and who they deal with (me and you) It shows. More
The customer service at Nalley Audi is the best of any dealership. Everyone went out of their way to give my husband and I the best car-buying experience. The sales associates worked very hard to get us dealership. Everyone went out of their way to give my husband and I the best car-buying experience. The sales associates worked very hard to get us the exact car we wanted (down to every small feature). Absolutely no pressure was applied to us to spend more than we wanted or to compromise on what we were willing to purchase. We had to wait about a month for our Q5 (because we were waiting for the 2012 models to roll out) but that wait was made much easier by the diligent phone calls from one of the associates letting us know the current status of our order. The car came in perfect condition and was detailed excellently before being given to us. Our main contact, Matt Frier, took the time to explain the various features of our car, navigation system, etc. At no point during the experience did we ever feel rushed or like "a number." The price we paid was fair and extra allowances were made because we had purchased 2 Audi vehicles in the past. Speaking of which, as an aside, the service and parts departments are of just as high a quality. Every possible thing is done to make having your car serviced as convenient as possible. Simply put, go to Nalley Audi. Your experience will be top notch. More
I traveled 400 miles to this dealership based on their extensive inventory. The trip was worth it! I found the car on the dealer website (inventory) and they held the car until I could get there. I am writing this because I am SO IMPRESSED by the amazing service I received from both Steve and Greg and a few others last night. As I was heading home to Marietta I noticed a flapping sound and amazing service I received from both Steve and Greg and a few others last night. As I was heading home to Marietta I noticed a flapping sound and was lucky enough to pull into the Audi lot in Roswell. Upon inspection I saw that my right rear tire was low on air. It was just after closing, but Steve was inside and offered to look at the tire. Not only did he look it over but he and Greg drove it over to the side of the dealership and filled it with air. They then noticed a huge nail or screw in the tire. They could have sent me on my way with the air but instead they took their time to remove the nail and apply a plug!!! They had a WONDERFUL attitude even hough it was after hours and hot!! In addition they advised me to seek a patch soon even though they seemed confident the plug would hold. They showed concern and caring to a complete stranger. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting GREAT experience. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! You are the best! Marcia Ewen More

When I had issues with my salesman (Greg Hampton) and business manager (Michael Hecht), Ms. McCannon stepped in, made both myself and my husband comfortable and proud to be an Audi owner. Not only do I love my car, but in the future my husband will be purchasing an Audi (now owns a different make), and once my lease is up, I will either outright purchase my vehicle or buy another Audi. Friends and family will definitely be referred to Nalley Audi. Once again, thank you to Paula McCannon. More

I purchased my 1st Audi at Nalley Audi (New 2005.5 A4 in 2005)and have impeccably maintained it through the years with every recommended service with the goal of keeping the car for many more years. After 116,000 miles, an unanticipated transmission line failure (at a stop light), rendered my transmission useless and had to be replaced at a cost equal to 1/2 the value of the car. I was not happy at all with the costly situation. This problem was not caused by owner service negligence, impact, nor uncertified service. ALL the recommended service, from day one, was performed and documumented with the Dealership. The entire Nalley Audi Family from Service Consultant Becky, to Service Manager Matt, to General Manager Paula, to Sales Consultant Matt, to Finance Director Erwin rallied with Audi NA to rectify the situation within 48 hours! Not once did they fall short on my expectations as a customer, in fact the exceeded them. Not only did the team at Nalley keep a customer, they kept a loyal Audi enthusiast who can and will continue to spread the inspiring word about the Audi Brand! The moral of this story is that your Audi comes with a dedicated Team at Nalley who will earn your business for years and years, car after car! Thanks you for the outstanding professionalism!
