I have found the experience of dealing with Audi North Atlanta to be truly unique in the "car business". I take my Infiniti there for service and am always enthusiastically greeted by their professional, Atlanta to be truly unique in the "car business". I take my Infiniti there for service and am always enthusiastically greeted by their professional, courteous, knowledgeable service team. They take the time to truly listen to my concerns...even when I try to imitate a strange car noise! One thing I'm most impresses with is their honesty regarding what services my car needs. They don't oversell me on services that truly aren't needed at the time (unlike so many other dealerships I've been to over the years). They have always exceeded my expectations by providing honest, prompt, quality customer service!!! More

Matt Frier and the team at Audi North Atlanta did some great work to make my buying experience really pleasant and to make sure that I got into the car that I wanted and stayed in my budget. Matt really worked hard to find the right make and model and even got proactive to call me and send me lists of cars as well as updating me when they got new inventory. He even called me once when we had a scheduled visit to tell me the car I was interested in had been sold just to save me the trip... how many other dealerships (or sales people) would have just let me come in and the told me I had just missed the opportunity and pulled the old bait and switch. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Save yourself the endless lot visits and the countless sales managers wanting to sit down with you to convince you today is the day to buy and go see Matt Frier and learn to enjoy buying a car. If you're going to spend between $15,000 and $50,000 on something, you should enjoy every step of the process; Matt is the guy who makes that happen. More
I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle as the one at Audi North Atlanta. Gregg Savitt was the sales person that I worked with and he was great. Everything that he promised was followed through with. The vehicle that I bought was not on site and was due to be delivered within 90 days. I actually negotiated on the vehicle sight unseen. . I got a great price on car I purchased and it was a better looking car than I expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend Gregg and Audi North Atlanta to all my friends and family. It's nice to know that there are car dealers out there that you can trust and car about making you a happy customer. More

I have bought many vehicles in my time and I can say that I have never had such a great experience as the one at Audi North Atlanta. Never in my life did I ever think that I would do something like this, but it was a specific vehicle that I was looking for. I got a great price on both my trade in and the used car I purchased. He was not fully satisfied until I was. I put my trust in him and it all worked out perfect. All in all, I would definitely reccommend Steve and Audi North Atlanta to all my friends and family. It's nice to know that there are car dealers out there that you can trust and car about making you a happy customer. More
Steve has been by far the most trustworthy salesperson in the business that I have had a chance to interact with. We had very restricted needs, and he not only took great pains to make sure that we got the b the business that I have had a chance to interact with. I first came across your dealership on Saturday January 31st 2011. I was very interested in the GS 300 auto that I am happy to announce I purchased. But the incredible salesman that was so awesome is Joe Williams. Joe was very easy and upfront to deal with from the moment I met him. Because of the holiday weekend and my credit having a freeze on it Joe did everything he could to help me that day. I must say until I was able to contact Equifax Joe was in contact with me everyday right up to the point that I was able to get the freeze lifted. I just wanted you to know that his customer service skills and patients is one that should be recognized. As a customer I am sure to tell everyone about my experience at your dealership along with the outstanding salesmanship Joe Williams displayed the entire time. He never walked away from the customer because of a small glitch. The next gentleman in my years of purchasing automobiles is probably the best and most personal business manager I had ever come in contact with. Robert Wagner came out and introduced himself to me before we ever begun to start the paperwork process. Once in his office he explained to me the upfront work he was able to get done in order to get me the best rate on a used car. I was very pleased at his remarkable rate and still can't believe it. We talked about life changing moments and how things have changed over the years. We talked family and how retirement is not what we both want to do. It's boring…LOL Robert is a fantastic business manager with impeccable business skills that should also be recognized. Paula you have to fine gentleman's as I am sure you have others. But these are the two I worked very closely with and they are to me a great addition to your organization. Service advisor, Roy Reboucas, is the 'sole' reason "WHY" I will not only return to Audi North Atlanta, but will highly recommend this dealership to a colleague of mine considering a new Audi purchase. "WHY" I will not only return to Audi North Atlanta, but will highly recommend this dealership to a colleague of mine considering a new Audi purchase. The service customers receive after the purchase is the most overlooked area in most dealerships, but not the case here. Roy, not only makes every visit a pleasant experience after your purchase, but is the 'driving force' behind not even considering another dealer after having been served by Mr. Reboucas. Many other dealers attempt at making service visits all about the waiting area and catering to clients with coffee and pastries, when in truth most customers would much rather return because of great employees like Roy instead of fancy coffee services and desserts.........there are plenty of places to visit for hot drinks and fruit filled breads. I have owned BMW's, Lexus's, and other luxury automobiles; however my next car will come from where I can bring it for service and have Roy Reboucas handle all of my after purchase experiences!!! More
