We bought our Audi A5 in late 2022, and got it in early 2023. The tires on our car were recalled, and were changed by Service Center about a year ago. After that we had no issue with tires. We had a flat last week (over the long weekend) and noticed that the tire kit that contains the Wheel Lock Key and the thong for removing the bolt covers is missing. Neither AAA nor any tire center could fix our flat or at least put the spare one. We had to tow our car to Audi North Atlanta were we had bought and tires were changed last year. We had to pay $160 for a new kit although we explained that the kit was in the car when they changed the tire themselves and they must have forgotten to put it back. But they didn't accept. So to change our tire we had to pay $160 just for the kit. It is really bad customer service. From now on if you go there (specially with any tire related issues), please make sure that the tire kit is in your car when you get your car back. If you don't check you may have to pay $160. More

I made the appointment at this dealership even though there is another Audi dealership much closer to my house because they promised me a loaner. Unfortunately when I got there there was no loaner. My experience with Richard Yam was excellent. However, my experience with Finance has been ok. Due to a change in vehicle the service packages I purchased were not redone for the vehicle I purc However, my experience with Finance has been ok. Due to a change in vehicle the service packages I purchased were not redone for the vehicle I purchased until after I called back and asked them to be updated. I have not received my license plate yet, even though I purchased my Q5 at the end of June so I had to go to the Tax Commissioner to get an extension of my Temporary Tag, so I am concerned that information was never sent to the state and then just yesterday I had to resign all my paperwork again. I have left a message to understand what happened. More
