Hello Tim Shishko, I can see by your reply that you still think I'm lying. You didn't even reach out to me to work on a solution that I would make me happy. I've been very understanding in the past when someone in service dept. damaged my rear quarter panel. The service team took care of it. They didn't disbelieve me, they apologized immediately, and put me in a loaner. The service team is not the problem here. I have a good relationship with several of them Joanna, Ed and Devon to name a few. We also talked about how clean my car is, I then say thanks but I need some minor dings taken out and show them some. They understand how I want to keep the Audi name pristine by keeping my car running and looking good. They've guided me in the right direction in taking care of my car. If something is not recommended, or will not keep the integrity of my vehicle I listen. They have saved me money. Another reason why I come back. But by your answer it is clear it's about money to you. Not the satisfaction of me. So again you stated I'm a lyer, a no body and my person not worth anything to you or your company. Your outside vendor made the mistake you should work with, not against. My satisfaction should be important to you. Not your wallet. I have already consulted a body shop where I will have the repairs done to top notch specifications at my cost. I don't enjoy battling with someone who can't compromise or understand my hurt. And my trust betrayed. Thank you R.W.
