Brought my 2 year old Q5 (which I purchased new from this dealership) in for inspection. It failed because it had a bad back up light. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and said they had no idea whe dealership) in for inspection. It failed because it had a bad back up light. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and said they had no idea when they would get it I followed up several times as they never followed up with me but they always said the part was still on back order. Eventually they stopped returning my emails and calls. Car has dat in my driveway for 9 months now since I can’t drive it without inspection sticker. Will never buy another car from these guys More

As always the repair, maintenance service is 5 stars, Samantha Diaz the service advisor is excellent. Amazing staff and a great experience every time! I have an older Audi thats not worth much, but I keep it since you can’t buy a manual transmission anymore.
