I was promised a wire for my phone which I have emailed him several times about and he keeps saying I will order it. Now he has totally stopped answering my emails and I have not received my wire. Basically they are all nice to you when they wanna sell you the car but once thats a done deal they can care less. I absolutely will not be buying my next Audi here More

However, the finance manager, Jeffrey Lower, made it clear to me that the most important thing was being that my relatively young age (22 years) and myself already having an open auto lease with Mercedes-Benz Financial, you are not to get another car or even co-sign for another car. Regardless of the fact that my income alone can very well substantiate another car payment and that my Mercedes auto lease is being paid on time, "it doesn't work like that," as Jeffrey rudely told me. There were SO many ways Jeffrey could have approached this situation and discussion with us, but he chose to be discourteous and cold. I had even worse auto credit history when I went to lease my Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains, but I was treated so well and seriously by their finance manager, and plus they worked hard enough to get my credit app approved. So, I am VERY disappointed with the harsh treatment and lack of care and effort I received when I dealt with Jeffrey Lower at Classic Audi. For one thing, it seems like Audi Financial discriminates younger potential buyers, and since Jeffrey did not seem to try hard enough to get the credit approved nor put forth any care into this deal, shows that the dealership doesn't care about relatively cheap leases (they only care about the high dollar transactions) and they can't be bothered to work with younger buyers – which is a critical mistake for their long-term future. We worked with Gianluca Mondaca as our sales rep and were satisfied with how he handled going over vehicle details and pricing...It is Jeffrey Lower who ruined our experience and will forever prevent us from even considering Classic Audi again in our lifetimes. I could have been picky and highlighted how this dealership's showroom is mediocre as it has such a limited number of cars on display and the fact that the waiting/seating area is pathetic, but I don't really care for all of that – what I put emphasis on is how the staff treats its customers. So attention all young professionals: if you are looking for an Audi, don't ever go to Classic Audi...instead, go to Town Audi in NJ, where they take every customer seriously and treats them right. More
