Having owned 3 Audis, 2 BMWs, and a Porsche, Classic Audi stands out as the best dealer we have worked with, bar none. From making the initial appointment, to the test drive, negotiations, and completion of stands out as the best dealer we have worked with, bar none. From making the initial appointment, to the test drive, negotiations, and completion of the purchase, the dealer was amazing. My sales person, Douglas Laveist, went absolutely above and beyond to problem solve and get a hitch installed for my car that only one vendor in Long Island was able to provide. He spent an entire work day to take my car for the installation. I have an incredible car, with exactly the features I need, for a fair price. I highly recommend Classic Audi. More

I had a terrible experience with this dealer. I walked in needing help with setting up an MMI remote doors unlock and was refused assistance. This is what happened: I called some nice gentleman, and he helpe needing help with setting up an MMI remote doors unlock and was refused assistance. This is what happened: I called some nice gentleman, and he helped me to verify my ID over the phone, next step was supposed to be completed in the dealership. I was invited to come any time and to finish the set up. I came same day, and was met by a sales representative, who told me that since I bought my audi not from their dealership, Classic Audi will NOT be able to assist me with any issues with my Audi neither at present nor in the future. I never was treated like that before. I will never service my car at this dealership or will come to this dealership to buy a new car. This dealer is a disgrace for Audi brand. More
