A man by the name of Scott reached out to from dealer as a result of my original dealer rating and social media postings he stated he is the General Manager. He sent me a video of the M3 and NOW stated the vehicle is available for sale after my DealerRater review. How convenient …Of course he has come up with an asking price that is very high 85k in attempts to say he offered me the car but the deal did not happen because I did not agree with price. I offered him 80k and he made zero attempt to accept my offer or counter offer..As most people would say is actions were just Smoking mirrors just to say he offered it to me now. He then said I'm sorry we couldn’t make a deal but please remove Dealer Rating … I responded to him by saying …what I wrote on rating happened …I was treated unfairly from the beginning and now offered the vehicle at a high price he knows I would not accept… More games…Avoid this dealership…Can’t be trusted

Hello ZrowCredit, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your recent phone call from FL to our team in MA. I have reviewed the details of your calls thoroughly with every team member you came in contact with as it's very important to us that we don't cause confusion like this again in the future. When a vehicle first arrives to our dealerships, it has to go through a MA Safety Inspection prior to us being able to price and sell the vehicle. This part of the process had not occurred yet when you contacted us, which is okay, but this should have been communicated to you as it is a very clear-cut process that must be adhered to on 100% of our inventory across all five of our dealerships. When one of our team members discussed our first come first-served pre-owned inventory policy, it should have been clearly explained to you that our pre-owned inventory cannot be "held while waiting on the selling price to be listed." When we take a partial payment (or deposit as you called it) we must have 100% agreed to the pricing, trade value (if there is one), and overall deal details and have a signed copy of a Purchase & Sale Agreement. Unfortunately, when a pre-owned vehicle has not completed the MA Safety Inspection process and we have not completed the service work necessary to retail the vehicle, we cannot come to an agreement on the above-mentioned items therefore a deposit could not be retained. I am sorry that our team member did not explain those simple processes correctly to you. I can assure you it won't be a problem going forward. Whenever we receive a review that is less than 5-Stars it is always and will always be our goal to contact the client and find out where we went wrong and what we can do to fix the problems discussed in the review. We have been in business for over 40 years, and our customer satisfaction is absolutely a priority to us. Do we make mistakes? Absolutely. But when we do it is our job to do what we can to turn a wrong into a right and we will always stand by that process. I know this M3 isn't equipped with the features you had hoped for as stated in your text response yesterday, so we weren't able to come to an agreement on the vehicle or the price for those reasons. We still want you to know how truly sorry we are that we didn't handle your out-of-state inquiry from FL properly. We have addressed every concern you mentioned and will not make these mistakes going forward.

I appreciate the public apology. Please note that when I was contacted the second time by Matt an hour later I was told all of a sudden there was a deposit on it over the weekend and you were the holding vehicle for another person until Friday. At this very moment NO sale price was set nor Purchase order was signed between your dealership and this person …this is when I said give me a price right now if I like it I will sign a purchase order , send a deposit and will finance with you if you would like to help your dealership out. I have all of this communication in writing via text between your staff and I on your dealership test messaging system. I have just sent you a screen shot. Please note that the m3 had a sunroof that I wasn’t interested in and was missing drivers package which I would love to have but I made it clear that I would look over those items and purchase the vehicle I offered 80k when you guys asked me for 85k my offer was not accepted an No counter offer was made ..I automatically was told sorry we can’t do business please remove review. In my years of buying cars no dealer has just out right not accepted and offer without a counter. I want to make it publicly clear I want to buy your m3 at a fair a reasonable price to both you and I. If you would like to make things right I am willing to work with you and still purchase the m3 .
