Just an awful experience. Tried to buy a new A6 wagon and wasted weeks because the staff didn't know that Audi wasn't going to ship a 2005.<br><br>They found me a "new" 2004 and took a deposit on it. I'm really surprised that this dealership has such bad marks! I have never found a dealership that I liked as much as Bernardi Audi and have never seen the employees go out of their way to help out. <br>< marks! I have never found a dealership that I liked as much as Bernardi Audi and have never seen the employees go out of their way to help out. <br><br>First, I find it amazing that their Service Center is open until 9 PM (maybe later?) at night. On top of that I received a call about 8 hours after I dropped it off telling me my car was ready. It was ~7 PM and they even offered to pick me up and drive me back within the hour!<br><br>As far as service, I have used them three times since I bought the car (I bought it used with ~32,000 miles) and each time they fixed items that I wasn't even aware were broken or worn out. In addition they washed/waxed/vacumed it out each time. <br><br>I am a pretty harsh critic and if they had done a poor job, I would be the first to trash them. Maybe they have recently changed management (?), but my experience with them has been excellent and I cannot recommend them enough. More
