Steve Ross is great, friendly and easy to work with, he always gets back to me. I can always get appointments when I need them, even at the last minute. I also get service reminder calls which is helpful. always gets back to me. I can always get appointments when I need them, even at the last minute. I am coming off a 2 year lease on my A4 and I have never dealt with a better dealership than Bernardi. I will be leasing my next vehicle from them. I got a great deal on my car and the service I've receiv dealt with a better dealership than Bernardi. I will be leasing my next vehicle from them. I got a great deal on my car and the service I've received after the sale has been outstanding. They are friendly and fair. I am a pretty demanding customer and I have always had the impression that they were going out of their way to make sure I stay happy. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Made an appointment and dropped off the car to have the oil changed, the radio taken out of SAFE mode, and an aircoditioning issue looked at. No problems with the oil change. Even though the Radio had p oil changed, the radio taken out of SAFE mode, and an aircoditioning issue looked at. No problems with the oil change. Even though the Radio had previously been locked out and replaced, they said that the Radio needed replacing again - OUT of warrantee. Filed a request/complaint with AOA - AOA says that it's applicable under the Financial Assistance program, but final decision rested on the dealer. Apparently there's confusion between the two as to the process. No decision was ever made. The lead technician finally was able to reset the radio. During the summer, my AC system overpressurized and blew an o-ring. Bernardi rep says the AC compressor ate itself and took out the AC controller. No enviornmentals, No seat heaters and apparently No Mirror heater or controls. $1000 to replace the AC head unit, $600 for the AC compressor. They replaced the AC head unit - No Change - Swapped back in old unit. Car sat apart for 7 days while the sales manager ignored my calls and ignored my instructions to diagnose it further. She wanted me to sign off on $4000 of "Investigative troubleshooting" to find out what the problem was. In the end, they basically change the oil and reset the radio. Got the car back with other electrical issues like windows that won't auto-raise, alarm when lights were left on turned off, and a front end that wasn't correcly re-installed. To be completely honest, they did find and repair an issue with the cooling fans. A thoughroughly frustrating experience. More
I'm starting to think that the only thing that Bernardi Audi's service group knows how to perform is oil changes... Here are some notes from my latest experience: 1. I requested Audi 15k (a.k.a. " Audi's service group knows how to perform is oil changes... Here are some notes from my latest experience: 1. I requested Audi 15k (a.k.a. "Minor") service - What I got: a $55 oil/filter change - What I didn't get: door/roof lube, dust & pollen filter replacement, etc (everything else listed in the Audi Service Maintenance book) 2. I requested simple confirmation that fan clutch is shot and an estimate to replace it - For some reason, it took 60 minutes of man-time to confirm what I already knew - Estimate to replace was $580 -- mysteriously $245 more than I had paid another Audi dealer for the same work in December 2003 3. I requested that exhaust clamps be checked for corrosion - What I got: "No Work Performed at this Time" - No report on the actual condition of the clamps, which a non-Audi mechanic had recently reported to not be very good (I was hoping for a 2nd opinion from Audi!) This is the 2nd time I have had my wife spend 2 hours driving me to/from Bernardi Audi to address issues, only to come away with simple oil changes that could be performed around the corner from my house. If Audi should ever ask, I would say that I like the cars, but probably would not buy another one because of service. More
The service advisor I dealt with consistently ignored important service requests and tended to "hear" only the requests that would make them lots of money. One time I spent over $2,000 making my A4 Qu important service requests and tended to "hear" only the requests that would make them lots of money. One time I spent over $2,000 making my A4 Quattro just perfect. I also needed floor mats (they had holes) and a front bumper grill piece. He told me "they weren't in stock" even though I had ordered them previously. Someone named Christine saved the day and actually checked. They were in stock and she got them for me. This other bozo was going to let me drive away in after spending this kind of money in a car that was missing grill parts and had holes in the floor mats. Because he just didn't care. Becuase of Christine I gave them one more try. This time, another big bill (not complaining, it needed work) and he ignored my request to fix instrument cluster lights. So I can't see my tach and night. I will set foot in there again only if there is no other alternative. They don't have a clue what service even means. More
I bought an A4 from this dealership towards the end of December. They were absolutely outstanding in terms of product knowledge and the deal they gave me. I had a slight vibration problem and the car December. They were absolutely outstanding in terms of product knowledge and the deal they gave me. I had a slight vibration problem and the car was repaired quickly and correctly. In addition, the car was scrubbed spotless and completely vacummed when it was returned to me. I'm not sure whether the other folks on this site have some sort of an axe to grind or not, but the extremely negative reviews of this dealership are the opposite of my experience with them so far. In terms of sales and service, they have been superb. More
Sleazy, unethical car dealership. They told me I had to make a 1000 dollar deposit for them to "look" for the car I wanted in the northeast area. In reality they were tricking me into signing a contract t make a 1000 dollar deposit for them to "look" for the car I wanted in the northeast area. In reality they were tricking me into signing a contract to buy a car from them when all I wanted to know was if the color combination was available at other nearby dealerships. When I demanded a refund, they were very unprofessional and insulted me. Also worth noting, they were nowhere near the best price. I bought a brand new audi from a different dealership for considerably less and was able to experience a higher level of integrity. More
