We purchased a Q5 this week. We came in on day 1 to test drive. There was no pressure we test drove and left, no discussion of sale which was good as we still had to get to 3 other dealerships to test driv drive. The Q5 my wife test drove was not the trim we wanted but gave us the idea of how the Q5 would drive. 2 days later the trim we wanted came in and Kevin drove it 1/2 hour to my office for me to drive. The dealership was very patient as my family decided which car to trade in, how much to put down, and they even beat our bank's loan rate by 0.21%. The dealership then worked to ensure the Q5 was ready for our special Valentines Day date. This is the lowest key, and easiest car purchase every made which I was not expecting due to the demand for the Q5. I am eagerly awaiting seeing the service department match the sales department. More

On a Sunday pm, I called 5 Mass Audi dealerships to negotiate over the phone. Bernardi gave a competitive offer right away that nobody else could beat. Every other dealership wanted me to come in. Dealerships should offer their best shot right away and if it's fair and competitive then they will earn the business. This is exactly what Bernardi did. The only other offer I received on the phone from a dealership in Norwood didn't even come close. When I told them what Bernardi would offer, they told me they didn't want to lose me on price. In this economy, price is extremely important. Time is equally important. Bernardi has it right. I was so impressed that I wrote a letter to the owner of Bernardi Auto Group. This is something that I never do but I wanted him to be aware of the professional and friendly team of people he had working for him and that he should be proud of that. Thank you Bernardi Audi! If you are seriously looking to work with an experienced, well qualified dealership that does not put presure on its customers look no further. Just had my 25k service in the middle of New England winter. They did everything that was needed, updated 2 auto recall issues, and cleaned the car to a fare-thee-well.
