My partner and I did not have a great experience due to the sales representative, Brendan Walsh. During the purchasing process, we asked multiple times whether the car included a remote start feature, and the sales representative, Brendan Walsh. During the purchasing process, we asked multiple times whether the car included a remote start feature, and we were told that it did. After the purchase, we realized the vehicle did not have remote start. We contacted Brendan by both phone and text. He acknowledged that the feature was not included and told us that Audi would cover the cost of purchasing and installing a remote start through a third party. Unfortunately, the process took several months, and we had to repeatedly follow up due to Brendan not responding or making progress on the issue. Eventually, I contacted the Sales Manager, Joey Lehtomaki, who did handle the reimbursement after the remote start was installed. However, the situation did not seem to receive much urgency or concern despite the fact that the issue had been ongoing for months. While the missing feature itself was not the biggest problem, the lack of communication and the time it took to resolve the situation was unacceptable. I ultimately had to take a day off from work to have the remote start installed, and the entire process could have been handled much more efficiently with better follow-up and communication. More
My experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing and lacked transparency from start to finish. I worked with Stephanie, but throughout the process the numbers were never clearly explained. I repeatedly stated that I was not comfortable proceeding until I could review the full breakdown before signing anything or putting money down. Despite this, there was pressure to move forward and even an attempt to have my husband complete paperwork without me present when he was only there to sign documents related to my current vehicle. When the manager, Bryan, spoke with us, he was dismissive and simply said if we weren’t purchasing the car they would refund the deposit and “cut ties.” While they did agree to refund the deposit, the entire experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. Linda always brings a really great attitude to the services I have with her for my Audi S5. She really tried to help you as much as possible and you can tell she really cares about each and everything services I have with her for my Audi S5. I have been bringing my 2015 Audi S5 for many years here and over 120k miles of ownership of the vehicle and the service team is excellent. From the managerial staff to the advisors - Ross and Linda whom I have worked the most with there are all great.
