We have dealt with Bernardi Audi for over 10 years. There is an Audi dealership within 10 miles of my home, and I travel the 40 odd miles to deal with Bernardi. My husband purchased a Porsche from you this dealer the other day and we had the 2nd trade picked up by one of their employees by the name of Max. I just wanted to pass along that he was VERY nice and a v other day and we had the 2nd trade picked up by one of their employees by the name of Max. I just wanted to pass along that he was VERY nice and a valuable employee. My 18 month old daughter was getting very impatient as we were driving back to the house and was crying very hard. Max was a great help to me and helped me calm my daughter down and made her comfortable. He was a very professional, kind, young gentleman and should be considered an asset to the dealership. Bernardi Audi is by far the most helpful and straight forward dealership. I shopped around to all of the dealerships in the Boston area and they offered the best price. My experience has been excellent and I particularly enjoyed the fact that Jon Miranda was proactive on the pricing issue. The Finance guy was also efficient and charming! I was looking for the most safe automobile I could buy and I am a Volvo owner. I loved the features of my Volvo but was not so happy with the chronic repairs needed. I have passed the Vovlo on to my teena and I am a Volvo owner. I loved the features of my Volvo but was not so happy with the chronic repairs needed. I have passed the Vovlo on to my teenager. I started out looking at the Audi A4 but learned that it did not have everything I was looking for (especially the heated steering wheel). So I started to look at the A6. With all of the features I wanted, I was then having trouble justifying spending that kind of money when I work at home and only drive ten to eleven thousand miles a year. The salesman heard me out then recommended a CPO A6 - LOADED. The car was utterly perfect and had only 16000. miles on it. I got a great deal on a super luxury, super sporty car! It's like it was meant for me. Jon Miranda was very patient with me as I took my time making this very big decision. He was knowledgable and enthusiastic about his product. He was not at all pushy and always very polite and pleasant. He followed up when he was supposed to and offered good advice. He is a very nice young man and I strongly recommend asking for him and visiting Bernardi Audi if you are considering an Audi. Everyone I dealt with at Bernardi fits in the category of utmost professional. More
I am currently in my 3rd year of leasing a Q7 from Bernardi Audi. As well as being so incredibly pleased with the vehicle; I would be remiss in not taking the time to compliment the service departmen Bernardi Audi. We are all so busy with work and life but every once in a while one is fortunate to deal with people who are extraordinary at their jobs. The sales staff was attentive, and extremely friendly. I bought my 2000 A4 back in the fall and was nervous about coming in for my first service because my ABS light came on just a few days before I was due to come in. I was afraid service might not be the about coming in for my first service because my ABS light came on just a few days before I was due to come in. I was afraid service might not be the same as my sales experience which was awesome. So first I called my sales rep Bobby Ollari and told him I was coming in. He made time to meet me and walk me over to service. It took about an hour to find out I needed an antilock brake module and oil change and regular check up. The service department told me they could get the part and finish the work by the end of the day and offered me a loaner car like they promised when I bought my car. Then they also said the Natick Mall was right next door and if I didn’t want to deal with driving and parking they would take me over there in the shuttle and pick me up when I was ready. What a perfect location! I got to go shopping at a bunch of really nice stores and have lunch at the Cheesecake factory. When I called for the shuttle, they met me at the exit to the mall in 20 minutes and brought me and my bags back to the store. My car was done, and cleaned! I am sooooooooo glad I bought my car here, and excited my sales person remembered me and didn’t just brush me off. I am totally amazed at the service department and how orderly and straight forward everything is there. Every time I have visited a service department including with friends and family, it scares me when they give you a $3,000 bill that you know is bogus and you have to guess what you should and shouldn’t pay for. And then you end up going back for the same problem over and over again. I really thought they were going to laugh at my 10 year old car, and I ended up chauffeured around town!!!!! They checked my tires, brakes, and told me all the things were fine that were fine and only the things I actually needed to fix. Mr. Bernardi: This is a great place to be a customer!
