I have high-line cars:Audi, Porsche, Mercedes and Ferrari. In my experience with servicing all of these vehicles, I have never received the high quality of service I received yesterday from Bernardi Ferrari. From the moment I drove in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Everything that I had asked was done and more: I received a car wash and vacuum. Based on my experience with the service department, I will use Bernardi Audi for service to this car, and will visit their sales department the next time I am in need of a car. Luckily, I change cars often! More
i went in to test drive an audi A4. the initial offer to me was $ 700 for 60 months, i told the salesman it was way off my budget and the finance guy came out, rude and with attitude, told me to come back t me was $ 700 for 60 months, i told the salesman it was way off my budget and the finance guy came out, rude and with attitude, told me to come back to the dealership when i can "up" my monthly budget. i went to a lexus dealer the next day, bought a ES, within my budget and the sticker price of a ES is higher than that basic A4 i test drived. Thanks to this dealership, I made the right decision to purchase my Lexus and I love it Very MUCH! bottom line, this dealer show no respects. More

I purchased a new Q7 about 2 months ago from Bernardi and was very pleased with the experience. Although I knew what I wanted walking into the dealership, I never felt pressured or rushed and they did not u was very pleased with the experience. Kevin took the time to walk through the cars amenities and always treated me with respect throughout the entire process. The purchase of my new vehicle was effortless. I had been searching for an Audi A4 for 3 weeks and found one I liked online at Bernardi. I called and asked Jon if the car had any damage. He told me there was no damage and I should come take a look. I ask one I liked online at Bernardi. I called and asked Jon if the car had any damage. He told me there was no damage and I should come take a look. I asked him if he was sure the car was in great shape because the dealership is over an hour away. Well, the car had a banged up rear panel and was not in good shape. I saw another car on the lot that I liked and we spent a couple of hours negotiating the price. I left there happy about my purchase until I got home and saw that the internet price of that car was $1000 less than the price I was quoted. When I called Jon out on the price he played stupid and referred me to Diego. Diego said he was unaware of the internet price and that I got a good deal. I wasted my time negotiating off of the higher price and wound up paying full internet price. Diego treated me like an idiot and would not renegotiate the price. The GM finally stepped in and offered me some free floor mats and a free year of Sirius. Nice gesture on his part, but Diego has no business being in management. More
I have posted good reviews in the past but unfortunately it is time to post some bad items and it is related to the service department. (1) on a Tuesday I brought my Q5 in for the water pump recall and had it is time to post some bad items and it is related to the service department. (1) on a Tuesday I brought my Q5 in for the water pump recall and had Bernardi also fix a broken tail light. On Wednesday I went to pick up the car, as I was told it was ready. I was about to get in the car when the service manager noted the tail light was not fixed and thus the car was not ready. This caused an hour of my time for a trip to the dealership not needed. On Thursday late afternoon I called for the status of my car and was told it would be fixed on Friday (note, I called, no call from Bernardi) as the part did not come in on Thursday (of course, leading me to believe the part was not ordered on Tuesday when I brought the car in. . Finally on Friday it was ready. The good part is I had a loner (and I always get one without trouble, a great plus) but the completion of the work was always changing therefore, I had to constantly change my schedule to accommodate going to the dealership, or thinking I had to go. Then today, I bring in my A4 for the 35,000 mile service under AudiCare. It was nice to receive the call/ mail a few weeks ago reminding me to bring my car in for service. However, when I got to the dealership at 6am (after waking up at 5am to do so), I was told the 35,000 mile service could not be performed because the 25,000 mile service was done at 28,000 thus, they cannot do the 35,000 mile service until at least 38,000. THEN WHY DID YOU CALL ME TO TELL ME TO BRING IN MY CAR?!?!? As you can tell I am a little upset, mostly due to waking up at 5am as well as the 2x in a month I made an unneeded trip to the dealership. The work at Bernardi has always been top notch. The sales people are good, the follow up is good and the service when done is good. I will continue to go there. However, recently there appears to be a severe lack of communication in the service department and I hope that is fixed in 5,000 miles Chris More
While I am generally very skeptical of car dealerships, the buying experience at Bernardi (and specifically with Jon Miranda) was as good as it gets. To no fault of the dealership, it took 5 months to get the buying experience at Bernardi (and specifically with Jon Miranda) was as good as it gets. To no fault of the dealership, it took 5 months to get my car (Audi S5). Throughout the process, they kept me informed and offered solutions each step of the way straight through delivery. I checked in frequently and had many questions and comments during the wait and was treated with patience and respect each step of the way. While I'm sure I did not negotiate the lowest possible price, I did get exactly what I wanted for a competitive cost and the buying experience could not have been more seamless - from sales, to financing, to delivery. More
This is my 4th vehicle from this dealer and my 5th Audi. That should pretty much sum it up. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Loved my sales person. Before picking up my new car today, I hadnt bought a new car in 8+ years, so I didnt know what to expect from the buying experience. I found the guys at Bernardi, especially Kevin who I worked most closely car in 8+ years, so I didnt know what to expect from the buying experience. I found the guys at Bernardi, especially Kevin who I worked most closely with, to be always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Kevin never pushed me in any way and was extremely patient with me as I made my decisions about model, options and financing. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Kevin if you're looking to buy an Audi in the area. More
Our sales associate, Jon Miranda, was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable with no pressure to buy. He also was patient when we picked up the car and spent a significant amount of ti and friendly and made us feel comfortable with no pressure to buy.
