And sadly enough I'm bring my Audi Q7 in tonight to have Natick check out my brake issue, which is the exact same issue that Brookline had my Q7 for 3.5 weeks to fix! Clearly it wasn't fixed after 3.5 weeks. After my Brookline experience I brought my car into Natick for a 25k service and dealt with Parker Cavanaugh. He is extremely professional, smart, and efficient. Overall I liked my experience from A to Z at Natick, and look forward to my experience over the next couple days. Thanks More

Having found ample inventory online, I chose this dealership as one of the few to visit, and was lucky to end up working with Mike. He's very knowledgeable about all the features and benefits of the various Audi models as well as how they compare with others in the industry, in remarkable detail. He clearly listened to what was important to us and made no assumptions, offering informed solutions that were spot on. He followed up diligently on any and all open questions via text, email, phone, even outside of business hours. All of this, combined with lack of pressure outside of a genuine interest in giving us what we were looking for out of this process, represented a refreshing approach to car sales. I often dread the experience, but Mike made it a pleasure and I could not be more happy with my purchase. Thank you Mike and the rest of the dealership for making this the fun process it should be! I wanted to check out the Audi Q5 so I visited Audi I was in the market for a compact/mid-size SUV and researched a number of vehicles in the class. I wanted to check out the Audi Q5 so I visited Audi Natick. Upon entering, I was greeted by Tony Varone who made me feel comfortable with his low key, low pressure approach. He answered my questions, told me about vehicles, options and pricing and arranged a test drive. He also did an area search when I identified the vehicle and options that I was interested in. He put together a fair deal and secured the car very quickly and made the transaction very easy. Tony was a good guy to work with who I would recommend to others. More

I called the dealership and they calmly suggested I bring the car in so they could take a look at it. After taking a look they assured me they would be able to make it look like new. I went up to their comfortable and relaxing waiting area to get some work done and an hour later they came to say the car was ready. It looked amazing!!!!! THE Best dealership experience I have had in 40 years I bought a CPO Q 5 in February, 2015. It has been a terrific ride. It does double duty in my sea kayak paddling business. I have kept boats on it, gear in it, plus given others rides to and from trips, classes, clinics, and event all over New England. I dealt with Ed Quirk at Audi Natick. He made it truly a joy to buy this car. Martha in Finance made it easy to close a good deal, and Drew Paglia in Service has been very professional and helpful in all respects. This summer I went back to Ed Quirk to explore a Lease for an A 3 for my son. His car was close to a wreck, unreliable, and too expensive to fix. Ed and other managers came up with a package deal to get my son into an A 3 that we could afford. They made it happen for us. I can't thank them enough. My whole experience has been terrific. We have been an Audi family before, and are happy to be back thanks to Ed Quirk, Martha Dee, and the professionals at Audi Natick More
