Monday, a cust. serv. rep. called me to confirm appointment, and I was in the door first thing Tues. Prompt, efficient serv. reps at the front desk, my car serviced, washed and ready almost to the minute I was told when I walked in. By the way, the "wait" for the service was painless: upstairs from service, fun "new car shopping" in the most beautiful showroom, and terrific coffee and snacks. It wasn't "just an oil change" - the car was gone over in detail, and was beautiful to look at and drive when done - no charge for the multi-point inspection or car wash. The intake of my car that morning was professional and smooth thanks to Ryan Dery - including the offer of a loaner vehicle for the day. I enjoyed the use of the Audi A6 loaner and was impressed by both the quality of the vehicle and the fact that Ryan was willing to offer the use of one of their cars for my convenience, despite the fact I was not an Audi owner. I had a positive experience and would definitely return for follow-up detailing of my current vehicle. I would also consider an Audi in the future. More

One of the employees (Customer Sales Specialist - John) treated us with disrespect and rudeness. But the next day Seth Marshall their manager followed up and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Except John I believe everyone did their job and helped us out with this purchase. If you have any problems, just talk to the manager and they are usually good in resolving issues. More
