After a brief period, Anthony had me meet with Sandoval, the Tech, for explanation/discussion of my issue. I was able to leave the dealership within an hour. 5 year history I bought a 2012 Audi A6 prestige and have been generally very pleased with the service, results, atmosphere and professionalism. My only disappointm I bought a 2012 Audi A6 prestige and have been generally very pleased with the service, results, atmosphere and professionalism. My only disappointment was earlier this year after I was in a minor accident and need some front end work done including a new right front light (bulb). Turns out you can't just switch out a bulb with the LED headlamps and the linkage to multiple sensors on my car turned problematic. Audi recommended me to a body shop and after the "fix", I had a warning light that remains on today. The shop and Audi were in communicating but after several weeks of trying, Audi said the fix would cost over $1,000. I was (and remain) upset that Audi Natick did not follow-through with the body shop to fix this as part of my insurance claim. Any Audi dealer knows the ongoing expense of owning this car but we all expect Audi to stand behind their work and recommendations. This remains a disappointment that stays with me every time the warning light comes on daily. More

They took the car into the service bay and found out my wiper blade had been bent....which by the way happened when my husband decided my wipers needed to be cleaned, of course, he had no idea what he was doing. No worries the part was ordered and fixed promptly. I feel very comfortable and confident my car will get the best possible care in their hands. Thanks again Donna Fink More

They have a loaner program while your car is unavailable. Scheduling is easy and getting in and out is easy and takes very little time, I recommend this dealership. I have had my A4 wagon since 2009 abd I am over 120,00 miles, that should speak for itself. More
