Great Service I live local and decided to give Audi of Natick a try. As I entered the service area I noticed Mr. Shalhoub the service director. Mr. Shalhoub Is a class act and a true professional. I was familiar with Mr. Shalhoub from my Mercedes days. I had a minor service and exterior detail. The car was done on time and looked incredible. My service advisor Ryan was knowledgeable and easy to talk too. I throughly enjoyed my service visit and highly recommend Audio of Natick. More

I have been there for other services and as always it was perfect. Ryan Dery was the employee that helped me and the time that he gave me from drop off to pick up was dead on. The waiting is also enjoyable as the waiting area is clean with choices of drinks and snacks, tv, magazines and a comfortable area in which to wait. I also love looking at all the gorgeous new Audi's on the floor, i They are such beautiful vehicles and the floor is immaculate. My car was finished exactly at the time Ryan gave me and he was super nice answering any questions about the service and the different autos that I looked at on the floor, he is very polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I love my Audi and am most happy with Audi Natick. More

Immediately upon driving in to the easily accessible service bay, I was greeted , by name, by My first service on my new CPO S5 Audi was a breeze. Immediately upon driving in to the easily accessible service bay, I was greeted , by name, by the knowledgeable and pleasant Parker Cavanaugh.. Keys handed over, and upstairs I went to the comfortable sitting area, great coffee, too. A mere hour and a half or so later, Parker came up and found me - my car was washed, vacuumed and waiting in the exit area. Simple signature and explanation of a few items, and off I went, no charge. Parker is just one of the excellent service consultants in this great dealership. I trust this dealership; that is the best recommendation I can give. More

However, as we all know the unforeseen trouble light comes on occasi If at all possible it is always a good idea to schedule your service in advance. However, as we all know the unforeseen trouble light comes on occasionally. The Staff at Bernardi Audi will work with you to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. You have to remember they are working with a lot of other folks like yourself -so sometimes you have to be a bit patient, but they really try to get you going as quickly as possible. They have a tremendous 'back' operations staff which involves their Technician's and Parts Staff. Most of these Staff members have been in the business long enough to be able to overcome almost any automotive issue. More
