To have my 2012 Audi A4 fix I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were I called Audi Natick to make an appointment on my 2012 A4. I had the check engine on. They gave me the date for drop off and when I arrived they were already waiting for me with a car loaner. The whole thing took about 6 minutes and I was already in my way back home. The courtesy that I was treated with was very professional. The best, I will say. Ben, from the service department, took care of my issue from the beginning to the end in a very professional manner and my car was there for almost three days and he took the time to called me once a day to keep me inform of the status on my car.
