The service staff was then able to complete the requested fixes in a timely fashion, all while keeping me informed about progress and shipping status for the replacement parts. The loaner vehicles were in pristine condition and I greatly appreciated the convenience and flexibility they provided while my car was in the shop. Plus, everything was covered under warranty.
