I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer over a month ago. I understood that it would take a while to get the title in hand. I had done business with this dealer in the past and purchased now 3 cars fr ago. I understood that it would take a while to get the title in hand. I had done business with this dealer in the past and purchased now 3 cars from the Bernardi family. This experience was the worst customer service I have experienced. The salesperson contacted me when the title came in, great. I picked up the car, and started waiting for the registration. A week went by and I called the dealer and they asked me to call my insurance company to see where the registration was. I updated the dealer. A few more days went by and I contacted the salesperson to find out what the holdup was. He told me he would check on it, but never got back to me. Then he went on vacation. Now it's two weeks after getting the vehicle. I called and spoke with another sales person who threw first sales person under the bus and said he would talk with his manager. Never got a call back. I called again, asked to speak with a manager, got his voicemail. I left a message explaining the situation and that I was going to be driving out of state, and would really like to get the registration (and also an inspection sticker). I did not receive a call back. I left another message two days later. No call back. Finally after the first salesperson returned from vacation, I get an email with my registration attached. It was issued 3 days before. Now I have 3 days to get an inspection. It passed inspection, but there were a few minor things that need attention. I texted the salesperson photos and asked if these items would be covered under the warranty. No call back. HORRIBLE customer service. I do not recommend them at all! More
