From the start, the advisor, Kirsten Finneman, was the absolute worst and as unfriendly and rude as I have ever experienced from a dealership service advisor. This is my first and last Audi purchase base absolute worst and as unfriendly and rude as I have ever experienced from a dealership service advisor. This is my first and last Audi purchase based on customer service alone, across the board from the time I purchased this vehicle. I love the car but I will not be a part of the atrocious customer service that Audi has to offer. More
Worst service experience I've encountered at a dealership. I dropped my car off two weeks ago for a check engine light. After a diagnosis, I was told a throttle body replacement was needed. Two da dealership. I dropped my car off two weeks ago for a check engine light. After a diagnosis, I was told a throttle body replacement was needed. Two days later and with the part installed, the car still was running rough. It's now been two weeks and I have no update other than "we're still looking but can't find anything wrong". I've called my service advisor four times today trying to get an update and he just never answers or returns my call. I try to speak to the service manager and he too never answers the phone. Not sure how their communication is so terrible. More
Never go here for service. I had an issue where, when refueling, the fuel hose nozzle was blocked from refueling by a flap. I showed and demonstrated this to the “service advisor.” I picked the car the next day (a 4-hour round trip) and was told that it was repaired by replacing the actuator motor at a cost of $500! This was a few months ago and than it happened again 2 weeks ago, so I did some research and found that the Diesel fuel filler nozzle was incorrectly sized at the Shell station (they installed one sized for gas) and that Audi sells an adapter for this situation for $15 including tax & shipping which works perfectly. It had NOTHING to do with the part they replaced. A month ago, I took the car in for its 50k service and told the advisor that I had just topped-off the DEF and not to bother with it. Not only was this ignored, but they “added” 6 quarts of DEF and charged me about $80 for it including tax and labor. This is blatant FRAUD and a rip off of the customer. More
Purchased 2018 S5 Sportback CPO last year. Last month needed new rear brakes, rotors, and door Speaker. After the repairs, noticed the sub Speaker needed to be replaced and the front window bracket neede needed new rear brakes, rotors, and door Speaker. After the repairs, noticed the sub Speaker needed to be replaced and the front window bracket needed fixing after they removed the door panel. Waited over a month for next appointment on 1/12 Was told it would be a one day fix. Drop car off at 7:30am Wednesday morning to get Speaker replaced. Called around 3pm and was told that the tech would be starting on it in an hr. Called back later and was told they needed to run a diagnostic and would be completed Thursday morning. Called Thursday and was told I needed to have my Speaker replaced. They then said one was ordered and it would be in on Friday to be installed on Saturday....Never offered me a loaner, so I went to get my car. They said they would call once my Speaker came in..it's now Tuesday and no call...A one day fix has now been a week. Just imagine a whole week and still no speaker replacement....Update..Received text on 1/25 stating that they're booked up solid and they could fit me in on 2/7.... More
I have called three times to get someone to order a windshield for my Q5. Each time, I have left my name and phone number. The person I spoke with assured me he would have someone call the next day. "W windshield for my Q5. Each time, I have left my name and phone number. The person I spoke with assured me he would have someone call the next day. "We're really busy." I purchased my car from Audi Huntsville and had a great experience; guess I'll have to drive from Nashville to Huntsville to get a new windshield. Really disappointed with the service from this dealership. More
I am so disappointed at the service I received today at the Audi Nashville I took my vehicle there to be serviced and after two weeks, my Service Advisor, Rodney verified that everything have been fixed. I the Audi Nashville I took my vehicle there to be serviced and after two weeks, my Service Advisor, Rodney verified that everything have been fixed. I went to pick up my car and it broke down just 10 miles away from the dealership with the same issue I took there for to begin with. Rodney had to send a towing truck to get me back to the dealership and wasted my day. The Service Manager, Ryan Lewis won’t even return my calls. Rodney wouldn’t even allow me to use Loaner while they’re fixing the car and left me stranded! Rodney offered to give my a ride home and that’s he was able to do. This is very disappointing how they forgot the way Customer Service should be and how to handle situations the correct way More

Stellar Customer Service When have the unfortunate need to have work or repairs done to your car, it sucks. But when you get to work with a class act dealership like Audi Nash When have the unfortunate need to have work or repairs done to your car, it sucks. But when you get to work with a class act dealership like Audi Nashville, it makes it a lot smoother. Great waiting room with wi-fi, snacks, drinks. Even a large upper level area with lots of work surfaces and electrical plugs. I wasn't planning on having a flat or spending my afternoon at the dealership. But with all those perks, i was still able to get my work done and even have two client calls. Yes, the client area was large enough and quiet enough to support that. Then you add the super personal staff. Very professional. Courteous. Downright likable. They can even arrange loaner cars with notice. And always a ride to where you need to go. I had a BMW for 10 years. Was never offered a loaner car and was always made to feel like i should be happy they were waiting on me. Polar opposite at Audi Nashville. And my experience there has been so great, my husband now also is a Audi owner. More
