Absolutely disgusted to say the least. Sale process may have been somewhat smooth but after you drive off the lot expect no help. Beware of false advertising on their website, the car I purchased did not h have been somewhat smooth but after you drive off the lot expect no help. Have been trying to get into contact with the dealer over the last 2 weeks to discuss this and have been ignored and disregarded. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with Audi as well as the state attorney general. As a side note, they will also will low ball you for your trade in, as I was told my suburu crosstrek in good condition “couldn’t be sold on their lot” and offered 2,000 less than kbb suggested only to see it on their for sale page for over 5000 more than they gave it to me for. Definition of used car salesmen. Went here for the lower prices in the region as opposed to Audi stratum but regret my decision and advise you to take your business elsewhere. More

Best experience buying a car...ever This is my first experience with Audi. My initial call was a cold call. Susan answered my call. She was so patient and knowledgable that I thought she would be my sales representative. I am sure she is the reason I decided to pursue an Audi. She made sure I was paired with Nicole Nason who was immediately available upon my arrival for my previously made appt. Nicole was very professional and friendly. She took me for a test drive in an A6 V4 and V6. She was VERY knowledgeable but was not afraid to admit she was not sure about an answer but found the answer right away and got right back to me. No messing around in that dept. I told her what I was looking for, what I wanted for options and information about what I needed for financing and trade-in. She worked very hard to find the exact car I was looking for (in the middle of the Pandemic when car inventory was extremely low everywhere). Nicole was relentless in "sprinkling fairy dust" to make the financing work the way I needed it too. I felt we had an excellent repore and connection. She answered my texts even when she was on her own time. As I was driving my car off the property, I had mentioned that I had a difficult time syncing my garage door opener. She told me to call her and she would come to help me. (Audi makes this task extremely easy so I didn't have a problem). I would highly recommend Nicole if you are looking for someone that isn't looking to just sell you a car but wants to help you buy the car you want. Evan Fotopoulos was very professional and knowledgeable with assisting in financing the car. He spent the extra few minutes and went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the very best interest rate available. There was a lot of information that was exchanged so I had to ask him a couple of times to clarify and repeat. Evan was so patient with me. When I had a question he stopped what he was doing, putting all aside to explain it to me and did this more than once. Thank you Evan for getting us into the car within the framework of our financial expectations. I bought an A6. I love this car.
