While traveling from Virginia to Florida, the a/c went out on my 2012 A-6. By good luck and coincidence I happened to see the billboard for Audi Naples. I called and sweet, friendly Gina answered the phone without me having to wait on endless hold or navigate a quagmire of prompts. After explaining my situation, she pleasantly accommodated my family vacation schedule and assured me that Joey would expertly and efficiently handle the problem. Even upon arriving early, the team greeted us warmly and genuinely, did a thorough examination of the exterior while Joey, who had already researched the issue, informed us about the probable cause and solution most congenially. The waiting area was pristine, clean and stocked with goodies. The car's repair was completed on time and the car was washed and vacuumed to perfection. I hope the team gets national recognition as they certainly deserve to be honored and recognized as a model to be followed. Thank you very much. More

I was driving from the Fort Myers area to Miami when my oil light came on in the car. I've never owned an Audi before (but absolutely love my S5!) so I wasn't sure how far I could drive it. I was close to Naples so I looked up the dealership and swung by. It was the lunch hour but they took my car in right away, added a 1/2 quart of oil, offered to wash the car (which I declined because I had an appointment in Miami) and got me on my way in no time. The gentleman manning the service desk that afternoon (John/Joe?) was courteous, pleasant and professional. What a great experience! Thank you for taking care of me and my car! Debbie Peterson More
