Since this needed a few hours to get accomplished I was handed their top of the line Audi A6 to continue my business in town without any slowdowns. While having to deal with a couple glitches at my older model Audi A6 Quattro their team stepped up and made it seem a piece of cake. Could not thank Audi Naples enough for their support, their Audi Service Team and specially to Chris, the Audi Naples Service manager who went above and beyond to get the job done right. From the moment I drove in the yard I was treated efficiently, and with great respect. The service team was anticipating my arrival and was ready to assist me immediately. I was given a loaner car of my choice and was on my way. The following day I was notified my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership, the Valet greeted me by name when he opened the door. Justin and Jordan, the service advisors, reviewed the work done on my car, and sent me on my way. My car was serviced properly, and clean as could be both inside and out. My experience at Naples Audi was nothing short of outstanding. I will refer others to them while here in Naples, and suggest the local Audi Dealer where I live in NH send employees to Naples for training!! Your Valet's are very personable. More
Permanently damaged my Q7 On 10/06/15 my 2007 Q7 was repaired at Naples Audi. The MMI display wasn't working, and there was a constant drain on the battery. The issue was d On 10/06/15 my 2007 Q7 was repaired at Naples Audi. The MMI display wasn't working, and there was a constant drain on the battery. The issue was diagnosed as a faulty radio amp due to water damage caused by a leak. While repairing the leak at the rear sunroof, the headliner was glued back into position by the technician. This is where the issue is. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I didn't notice the glue stains, or perhaps they hadn't leaked through the headliner material. I paid $2489 for this repair. Several months later, while on a trip, a family member asked what had happened to the headliner. I then saw the stains for the first time. On 06/28/16 I brought the car back to Naples Audi and showed them the headliner. I asked them to look it over to see what could be done to improve the unsightly stains. After having the car for a day, I received a call from their service department, and was told they could discount a new headliner for me, but the estimate was around $1,000 with the discount. I told them that I fail to see how this repair would be my responsibility as they made the mess in the first place. The service manager had told me that the headliner was sagging during the first repair but offered no reason as to why it was glued back. I suspect that the adhesive used was the incorrect type, or applied sloppily, as it shouldn't have disfigured the appearance of the headliner the way it did. I would not recommend this service center. More

My experience with the Naples service department was nothing less than a disappointing disaster. I spent well over a thousand dollars on a problem that they misdiagnosed and I had to tak it back for another $1500 "fix". Needless to say this did not fully solve the problem and I spent hundreds more dollars at a competent garbage to fix problems caused by the Naples dealership service department. I did purchase a new vehicle from the Naples Dealership but will only take my car in for routine maintenance. More
