Dear M. Willard, We are deeply apologetic that you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of your October 2015 service and subsequent return in June of 2016. As previously discussed, the water leak did damage the headliner. The material had separated from the backing board. Since this was an out of pocket cost, our technician did believe a repair using adhesive designed for trim would be the best solution. Unfortunately, as you mentioned it did take several months for the deteriorated material to show evidence of that headliner repair. In hindsight, we should have recommended a new headliner at the time of repair. At Audi Naples, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We do appreciate your concerns. Please understand that our efforts to repair your headliner were in the interest of saving you money. Additionally, it’s important to recognize that the water is what damaged the headliner, not our work. We only hoped to save what you already had. Again, we are happy to extend the discounted pricing for a new headliner if you would like to proceed. Please contact Chris Calhoun, our Service Manager with any additional questions.
