He was a great listener and followed up with thorough answers to all my questions. He explained the reason I needed new break pads by showing me easy to understand graphics. He was conscientious in helping me understand that I was making good value decisions, if I intended to keep my car...which I do now. He promptly informed me of any changes in the status of my repair deadline. He explained the process of updating the tire pressure indicator light (which has always been a mystery with all the Audis we have owned). We always thought we needed to get to a dealership to take care of that mystifying issue. Now I know how simple it is to deal with it myself.....very liberating! Henry was so personable, conscientious and caring that I feel I have made a new friend. My experience with Henry defines the word, EXCELLENT! More

Arrived at Audi quite "frazzled" but Henry Garcia took me & my Audi in charge with kindness & efficiency. He arranged to replace my battery which definitely needed replacement...& also recommended that I replace my tires for safety reasons; I knew he was right because I had the original tires on since 2012! Got "my girl" back today (I brought her in yesterday) & so far she is 'purring"! I was very impressed by the level of PERSONAL service that Henry & his team provided.. Love Audi! I was however very pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, friendliness and stress free interaction with the Audi dealer. Specially with Henry Garcia, he went above and beyond our needs and helped me solve even another issue I hadn't thought off. I would gladly recommend Henry specially if you are bilingual like me! Being able to speak to someone in my native language Spanish was an extra bonus! If you haven't taken your car to the Audi dealer for service! you should give them a try! I learn for the future appointments I can even take my BMW for service there! More
