We took the car to Audi Naples on February 22, 2019, and met Henry Garcia (Service Consultant) for the first time. He was assigned to us by the Service Manager. We found Henry to be extremely pleasant, easy to talk to, courteous and polite and also extremely knowledgeable. We also found Henry to be very organized, very detailed, very diligent and very focused. Within the first 10 minutes we interacted with him, we knew, we hd an excellent Service Consultant. Henry keeps a three ring binder which provides details about various aspects of repairs and service. Henry is so organized, he starts explaining things using this three ring binder and told us exactly what the service technicians would be doing to our car. He told us, he will cll us and give us an update, which he did. He then called us, once the work was completed. Henry was with us, every step of the way. He is an example to others and provided GOLD STANDARD customer service. We are hopeful that Audi Naples will recognize his contributions and more importantly his approach to customer service, which we found to be quite unique and reward him accordingly. More

Courteous, Informative & Professional Our dealer is Audi Sarasota, but driving south on Interstate 75 we rec'd a warning message on the dash indicating a bulb had failed. We called Audi Naples, the service desk scheduled us immediately and assigned Henry to assist us. The courtesy shown by Henry and the Naples crew was outstanding: [] They shuttled my wife to a nearby supermarket while the teach team addressed the problem [] They updated us on the progress, and most importantly [] They inspected all headlights, ran diagnostics and fixed the problem. The car was returned to us washed and ready to go. We have had no recurrence. We cannot thank Henry and his team enough for their prompt and very professional assistance More

Hoping to make an appointment at Audi Naples we dropped in and we were fortunate to be met by Henry in service. He explained that a courtesy Q7 would be made available to us until we were satisfied with the diagnosis and repairs. The thorough diagnosis done by the technicians put my wife and myself at ease regarding fluid levels, tire pressure and tire wear etc. The extra mile that Henry put in for us must be highlighted. We had bought extended warranty in Canada for our vehicle and reading our policy they required notification prior to repairs being initiated. Henry called up to the insurance company in Canada and obtained their blessing to fix our Q7 so that we could file a claim for reimbursement. Being part of the Audi/VW family for twenty years we expected top notch service but we believe Henry exceeded our expectations! More

I thought it would be hard to find a dealership that treated me as well as my previous one. Henry Garcia and the whole team overdelivered. I drive 50,000 miles a year and go through vehicles quickly and Audi Naples is fortunate to have Henry as everyone wants to sell you a car... the real key is the service afterwards! Henry introduced me to the other staff in customer service and the mechanic that took care of my warranty repair. I am very impressed and will buy my next car from Naples Audi. More

I brought my 2018 A5 in for its first service on Jan 28 and was assigned to Henry Garcia. Henry was very accomodating and explained the service they recommend as the first service for my nearly new Audi. Henry was great on his fowl up with me and my Audi was taken care of quickly. When I pick it up, Henry explained everything they had done. After I left, he followed up with a phone call to be sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Great job Henry! You are my guy in the service department from now on. More
