Excellence & Professionalism I purchased my first Audi in September of 1999 from Audi Naples. Since then, my family has leased or purchased nine other Audi vehicles. I have witnessed the growth and evolution of the service department first hand for twenty years. In the most recent years, Justin and Joey have been my primary service advisors. I trust them like family to ensure the safe operation of the cars. Maintaining the car according to Audi schedule is important. I believe if you follow the advice provided you can extend the life of the car virtually as long as you want. Being able to schedule the service online, over the phone or now even getting texts is a big time savings. Getting in and out is very efficient. Although this review is focused on service, I'd also like to say that I have been dealing with Troy in the purchasing and lease process for a very long time who is also an A+ gentleman and friend. Audi to me means commitment to excellence and professionalism. More

Poor customer service They had my vehicle for one week. Said it needed a part, had the part installed. Car still didn’t function properly. They said it needed another part. They had my vehicle for one week. Said it needed a part, had the part installed. Car still didn’t function properly. They said it needed another part. They over charged me for the one part and the price for the new part was more expensive than most Audi dealerships. The service manager was not willing to work with me, extremely rude. I took my business elsewhere. Have been very satisfied with dealership I am working with. More
