Exceptional service and stand behind their vehicles. I had a failure with the instrument cluster panel behind the steering wheel of my Q5 at 30,000 miles. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer. Chasing resolution for 6 weeks! I signed an agreement for tire protection upon entering my lease in October '23.
