Chasing resolution for 6 weeks! I signed an agreement for tire protection upon entering my lease in October '23. Had a flat on 11 January '24 - confusion b/n NAS & Audi on the con I signed an agreement for tire protection upon entering my lease in October '23. Had a flat on 11 January '24 - confusion b/n NAS & Audi on the contract - NAS still waiting on service details from Audi. Very frustrating! In the middle, I'm doing all the work - not very enjoyable!!! More
