Trevor was incredible. From the second I got to the dealership he was on point. He was kind, personable and willing to answer as many questions as I had without hesitation. We are repeat customers after leasing our first SUV in 2020. This year, we found the dealership, in particular the new salesperson Trevor Fehr who was exceptional. For a new sales professional, Trevor was detailed, care of his customer's needs, he was very familiar with his product and definitely wanted to PLEASE. While working with the dealership, we met one of the 2 Sales Managers, Mike. Mike was responsive but not over bearing. We really were not going to buy another Audi, but the dealership changed our minds. Excellent customer service! More
